This winter, we are excited to once again offer an exclusive ice skating course in collaboration with the talented figure skater Sara Furlan. With her many years of experience and passion for the sport, Sara will inspire you with the fun and beauty of ice skating. The courses are divided by age groups: Children aged 3–5: 16:00–17:00 Children aged 6 and older: 17:00–18:00 Sara recommends attending all the sessions to get the most out of the training. However, if you can only attend a single session, that is also possible. Christmas Celebration on December 23rd: As a special highlight, Sara invites you to a small Christmas celebration on December 23rd at 17:30. The children will have the opportunity to show their parents what they’ve learned. Afterwards, we will enjoy a festive drink together at the snack stand.

The Tyrolean Advent in the Castle will be taking place in the historic ambience of Tyrol Castle. Tyrol Castle provides an atmospheric backdrop for a genuine South Tyrolean Christmas experience. Local exhibitors will present traditional handicrafts such as felting, pottery, turning, spinning, braiding, dyeing and the production of ceramics or jewelry in the castle's rooms. There will be a well-balanced program of events for visitors every day during Advent in the Castle: whilst crackling fires make for a cozy atmosphere, food stands will offer traditional dishes, baked goods and drinks. The Christmas market will also be attended by choirs and music groups, and there will also be all kinds of entertainment for children.

This year, the BK Völlan Advent stall will once again be held in front of the Völlan kindergarten. Open on weekends and public holidays from 29 to 24 December.

The church square sparkles in christmas lights, soft Christmas music and the smell of mulled wine and fresh pastries wafts through the air - on Friday, November 29th, it's finally time: the Algund Christmas Market opens its doors. 15 stalls and two food stands are eagerly waiting to sweeten your Advent season with regional crafts, hot drinks, and traditional dishes. The diverse offerings will be rounded off with musical performances, a show kitchen on Saturday evening, the large gingerbread house from the Tauber bakery, a children's program, and of course, the ever-popular ice skating rink. Isn't that a wonderful Christmas experience? The Merano Christmas Market provides a magical atmosphere, with daily concerts, children’s entertainment, local customs and handicrafts. There are other Christmas markets in Merano and Environs too, offering textiles, jewelry, ceramics, glass and wooden objects. Closed on 25th December.

The magical Sterntaler Christmas Market enchants visitors during the weekends of the Advent season in the town center of Lana with its warm and charming atmosphere. Lovingly decorated stands offer genuine South Tyrolean crafts, along with Christmas specials in the local shops and many other seasonal experiences. Strolling and shopping at the Christmas Market in Lana is particularly cozy and stress-free. During the four Advent weekends, more than 20 stalls offer genuine South Tyrolean artisanal crafts created with passion as unique Christmas gifts. At the culinary stands, visitors will find delicious specialties for every taste: traditional mulled wine, fruity hot apple drinks and soups to warm you up, farmer's bread, stuffed pretzels and Christmas hamburgers are only part of the culinary variety on offer. Atmospheric live music by local bands frames the holiday spirit and hustle and bustle of the market, and young visitors can have fun with pony rides, handicraft workshops and Punch and Judy shows. On 5 and 31 December 2024, only the gastronomic stands are open.

Naturno has made a name for itself as a market town in recent years; The "Katharinamarkt" is one of the three annual markets where up to 55 stallholders offer their goods.

Experience the enchanting Farmers’ Advent at Hasenegg, located at 999 meters above sea level, on the weekends of November 30th - December 1st and December 7th - 8th, from 11 AM to 6 PM. Numerous exhibitors will showcase and sell their lovingly handcrafted products, and your palate will be delighted with delicious farm specialties and warm beverages at the gourmet stand. Enjoy traditional treats and the cozy atmosphere while musicians and singers enhance the Advent charm with their melodies. A varied children's program with Elisabeth Karnutsch Taibon, a petting zoo, and horseback riding will also be offered for the little ones.

The rural Christmas Market in Partschins is a very unique and picturesque one, taking place in the authentic ambience of the historic church square. In rustic stands you can find precious regional products as well as gastronomic specialties.

Every Tuesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit the wheat field and our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairies Aignerhof and Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly. The Original Tiroler Kaiserjägermusik is one of the most traditional and best brass bands in Tyrol. The gala concert in Merano offers wonderful melodies. The origins of the Kaiserjägermusik go back to the field musicians from 1741. The band was allowed to bear the name ‘Kaiserjägermusik’ from 16 January 1816, after a decree was issued by Emperor Franz I to this effect. The subsequent history of the Kaiserjägermusik was very chequered. It was dissolved and re-founded several times. On 25 April 1895, the former Tyrolean ‘Kaiser’ Jäger Regiment was transformed into four Tyrolean Kaiserjäger regiments, each of which was given a band. With the demise of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, the bands of the Kaiserjäger regiments also fell silent. In 1972, the Original Tiroler Kaiserjägermusik was re-established by former military bandmaster Obstlt. Prof. Siegfried Somma. The Original Tiroler Kaiserjägermusik has been considered the musical ambassador of Tyrol for decades and contributes a great deal to the preservation of the military-historical tradition in Austria. With its new bandmaster Norbert Amon and outstanding musicians from more than 30 communities in Tyrol and beyond, the orchestra, which is known far beyond the borders, enjoys a very special status in the local brass music scene. In the 40 years of its existence, the Naturno St. Nicholas Festival has developed into an event that is unique throughout South Tyrol and enjoys great popularity every year. The traditional St. Nicholas procession starts at 5 p.m. at the Hotel Jager Hans. From there to the village square, there is an opportunity to meet St. Nicholas and take a souvenir photo. At the village square, St. Nicholas and his angels distribute the St. Nicholas sacks and St. Nicholas carols are sung. During the procession, food parcels are collected for children in Moldova and Ukraine. Cosy get-together in the village square with various dishes and hot drinks.

Every Friday, Elisabeth, the farmer's wife from Schildhof Obergereuth, rolls dumplings! The boss of the Hofkaffee invites you to a dumpling cooking course and reveals tips and tricks to ensure that the classic South Tyrolean holiday dish is a success. You'll find out whether it tastes good when you eat together. The cost includes the cookery course, recipes, lunch and a small surprise in the farm shop.
