Sunday, September 28th, starting at 10:00 AM, the Marling's Music Group invites you to their traditional "Törggelen" Festivity at the Marling fairground! 🎉 Look forward to a selection of delicious South Tyrolean specialties! Program: Starting at 10:00 AM, morning pint with Bohemian music and the youth music group "Musig Unlocked" (young musicians from Algund, Gratsch, Tscherms, and Marling). Afterwards, from 2:00 PM, "Törggelen" afternoon with another live music group. The Marling Music Group is excited to welcome you and treat you to delicious food! 🌟

Admission is free – take the opportunity to enjoy the music in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is organized by the Merano Tourist Office and provides a wonderful way to enrich your day culturally. We look forward to your attendance!

The autumn custom of Törggelen has a centuries-old tradition in South Tyrol. After the successful harvest in autumn, the farmers of the area met and celebrated with new wine, cabbage and smoked meat, doughnuts and chestnuts. To this day, Törggelen is considered by South Tyroleans to be an expression of conviviality and joie de vivre. Traditional Törggelen at the village fountain in the centre of Naturno from 14.30 - 17.30 with roasted chestnuts, new wine and music. In October a flea market takes place at the same time at the town hall square from 9 am - 5 pm.

Why are leaves colourful? What kinds of fruit grow at the gardens? Are things still flowering? The Autumn Day offers a varied program in the gardens: see, hear, smell, touch. Visitors of all ages can join in on an intriguing botanical experience.

On Sunday, October 5, from 10:00 to 18:00, the traditional "Törggelen" festivity of the Marling folk dance group will take place on the Marling fairground. Food and drink will be provided. The morning pint starts at 10 a.m. Hearty traditional Törggelen with delicious roasted chestnuts and a glass of sweet wine are served from midday onwards. A youth band and a music group will provide atmospheric entertainment. You can look forward to a convivial Törggelen afternoon. The Marling folk dance group is looking forward to seeing you!

ONLY IN GERMAN! From the beginning of October, at the end of the grape harvest, until the beginning of the pre-Christmas season is "Törggelezeit". After leisurely walks through the golden autumn landscape, guests and South Tyroleans enjoy the products of the harvest, especially chestnuts and new wine (Sußer). On this week's hike we visit the Holznerhof. We take the bus from the village centre of Schenna up to Verdins and hike via the Wieser Steig through the Vallplatz forest to the Holznerhof and after a cosy stop we descend to the Pichler restaurant. From the starting point you are free to decide whether to return on foot or by bus. A Törggelemenü and hearty music are of course not to be missed! Difference in altitude: approx. 300m Walking time: approx. 2.5 hours Level of difficulty: easy/medium

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! We take the bus to the Völser Weiher. From there, we hike to the Tuffalm, where we enjoy a magnificent view. Then we continue to the Hofer Alpl and on to Ums. The bus will pick us up there. Walking time: approx. 3,5 hours Journey time: approx. 1 hour by coach to the start Difference in altitude: ascent 400 m and descent 400 m Difficulty: medium

You can enjoy the evening with folk music and a glass of wine. Beginning: 8 p.m. at the house of community of Partschins.

On Saturday, October 11, VKE Marling invites you to the autumn children's festival and children's flea market on the Marling playground from 10:30 am! A day full of highlights for the whole family!🌟 Look forward to fun and games with the VKE play bus and colorful face painting for children. Culinary delights such as soups, burgers, coffee, cakes and sweet candy floss leave nothing to be desired. Freshly roasted chestnuts are available to enjoy from 2pm. A perfect day for young and old! 🎉 🛍️ Children's flea market for babies and children: From 8:00 am in the clubhouse. The VKE Marling is looking forward to your visit!

A full day in which Trauttmansdorff Castle will be transformed into a magical venue where, once again, the fascinating story of the Empress Elisabeth will come to life.

The Marling table tennis club invites you to the traditional "Törggelen" Festival on Sunday, October 12, from 10:00 to 18:00 on the Marling fairground. The VKE - Naturno section - invites all families to the autumn festival - an entertaining afternoon for young and old: craft station, face painting, VKE bus, roasting chestnuts and sale of drinks and pastries.

A pleasure festival for all wine lovers & gourmets: evening tastings with South Tyrolean wineries, visits to the winegrowers in Castelbello/Kastelbell, Wine & Dine - gala dinners at the partner businesses, wine tastings with Franziska Steinhauser and visits to the local wineries Falkenstein and Castel Juval Unterortl... an enjoyable program awaits you.

Experience the "Allerweltskirchtag" on the church square in Marling with the "Weisenbläser" and the Whip-Crackers from Marling! After the church service, around 9:30 AM, you’ll have the opportunity to experience local tradition and customs up close. A special experience for everyone!

The traditional "Erntedank"-procession will be accompanied by the Parcines music band. After the Holy Mass and the procession, a short concert will be held. Traditional folk music, chestnut market, rural dishes and chestnut specialities await visitors in the village centre of Völlan. Visit to the Völlan Farmers' Museum with traditional baking demonstrations and a presentation of local crafts. Guided tours with the foresters at 2.00 pm on the South Tyrolean chestnut adventure trail. Free shuttle service from 9.30-18.00 from Lana to Völlan and from Tisens to Völlan.

Naturno has made a name for itself as a market town in recent years; the much-visited and popular weekly market on Saturdays has become indispensable for locals and holidaymakers alike, and attracts many visitors to the village. The "Kirchtigmarkt" is one of the three annual markets where up to 55 stallholders offer their goods.
