A bus will take you and your bike to Glorenza or Curon at the Lake Reschen. Cycle along the "Val Venosta bycicle path" back to Naturno and enjoy a unique view over the surrounding mountains. You can rent bikes in our bike stores directly in the center of Naturno or at the bike rental of the Val Venosta train. The total distance from Curon to Naturno is about 65 km. Child seats, baskets and the e-bike batteries must be dismantled for transport. Please do not forget the key for the battery. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.

Discover the story of the South Tyrolean apple in Meran/Merano! This apple tour of Merano's fruit cooperative CAFA will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about our local fruit. After a short introductory film you can explore the entire cooperative in the company of our apple experts and follow the storage, sorting, packaging and shipping of the South Tyrolean apple. Our apple expert will let you in on all kinds of secrets about our apples' goodness, the varieties and how best to store them at home. To round off the tour there is a brief apple tasting session. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to sample some in the generous tasting session that follows!

In the writings and visions of Hildegard of Bingen, Bonn artist Marianne Pitzen discovered that Hildegard saw a female image of God in the figure of wisdom, Sophia. On display are three-dimensional installations and replicas by artist and founder of the Frauenmuseum Bonn Marianne Pitzen. These are replicas of artistic works from the convent workshops, of which only a few copies remained after a fire, and writings on natural history and medicine with photographs by Marlies Obier from Siegen, who studied German, theology and history.

30 years ago, music students discovered progressive pub music at the inn Mnozil in Vienna. In 2024, this globally acclaimed brass band sets off for new shores again - and celebrates its round brass anniversary with a big anniversary show.

Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

Climatic therapy is the application of natural weather and climatic factors for therapeutic purposes. Part of a successful hike is a lovely landscape where participants can feel completely safe and enjoy the appeal of constant new discoveries - both external and internal. A night-time hike places particular demands on not only our imagination, but also our senses. Our sense of smell and hearing react more keenly to the darkness. In addition, it is also easier to walk at night. We cannot tell in advance if we have reached our destination, and the rhythm of our steps helps give our thoughts free rein. This night-time variant of the climatic therapy hike leads through the darkness in the natural surroundings up to Partschins Waterfall. Thunderous noise and the finest spray herald the waterfall, which is revealed as an impressive natural spectacle after a good hour’s walk ascending 430 metres. A boon to lungs afflicted by life in the city, soothing for the soul and spirit. Measured exercise combined with targeted climatic exposure and expertly guided endurance and thermoregulation training lead to relaxation and recuperation, as well as increased resistance and a stronger immune system. The special microclimate around Partschins Waterfall, the pure air quality, which was ascertained in a scientific study conducted by the Technical University of Munich, and the unique mix of stimuli and protective factors offer the perfect conditions for climatic therapy treatments.

In the outside area of the Bunker Museum, a spacious enclosure provides an opportunity to watch ibexes from a close distance. These impressive game animals are the unofficial national symbol of the Texelgruppe Nature Park and populate the Hinterpasseier also in the wild. They demonstrate their climbing skills in the rocky terrain at the bunker and hardly let themselves be disturbed by our guests. In addition, the Bunker Mooseum offers a wealth of unforgettable impressions and experiences, exciting history, science, impressive nature and landscape. The guided tour will be in German.

Augusto Zunin (Venezia) student Christine Kurzmann and her husband Jürgen will be presenting the latest jewellery creations with fascinating and sometimes rare opals and other precious stones as part of an appealing exhibition. For over 30 years, the passionately committed team has been combining the goldsmith's craft with artistic imagination. The result is perfectly shaped, vibrant, unique pieces full of harmony and visual lightness. With nature as a model, the flowing nature of the setting, which is carried out with an open flame, caresses the stone. At Kurzmann & Kurzmann, there are no contrived shapes, but lively, organic-looking designs with a strong expression of naturalness that emphasises this naturalness and gives the pieces their unique and unmistakable character. In an interview, Christine Kurzmann said: ‘With our jewellery treasures, we want to express a certain attitude to life that everyone would like to have: light, carefree, harmonious, multi-faceted. The enthusiasm we feel when creating our jewellery is perhaps the secret of the joy of life they are said to radiate.’ Jürgen Kurzmann has already attracted attention in specialist circles with his artefacts such as ‘Laurin’ and ‘The Key to Happiness’. His latest creation, a handbag made from a cocoa nut, horn and lapis lazuli, is currently causing a furore and can also be seen at the exhibition. We will give you an insight into the history of the farm and our passion for wine, gardens, art and cuisine, ending with a tasting of 6 wines from our range. Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Guided tour of the church and visit to the Romanesque three apses church of St. Margarethen. It is one of the Romanesque sites in South Tyrol and represents an art-historical treasure of European value. On the Romanesque Road you will come across numerous documents from earlier times. From the "Foolish Virgins" and the "Dumpling Eater", to one of the oldest churches in Tyrol, the smallest town in the Alps and the highest Benedictine monastery in Europe, as well as other Romanesque frescoes and sites of unspeakable value, these are all part of the "Stairway to Heaven" project.
