From the Taser mountain station, we walk past the Ifingerhütte to the Lenzeben clearing. From here, we hike along a steeper path through larch forest to the tree line and continue over slightly rocky terrain to the Wetterkreuz cross on the Lauwand, which offers great views. ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN How is honey made, how is a bee colony organised and why are these busy insects that never seem to get tired so important for us? This guided tour into the world of bees and beekeepers provides the answers to questions like these and more. Expert Christian Kessler from the Partschins Beekeeping Association give an overview of the lives of these hard-working little pollinators, show how they work in the open beehive and the amazing social behaviour of bees, and explain how honey gets from the flower to a jar with the “Made in South Tyrol” brand label on it. Equipped with the right protective clothing, participants can marvel at and literally get to grips with the inner life of the bee hive at close quarters. The guided tour also explains the role that the beekeeper plays, what exactly he does and how his activities must be strictly aligned to the course of the bees’ year. Afterwards, participants can discover the outstanding quality of South Tyrolean honey for themselves by tasting various types of honey.

Outdoor back exercises combine fresh air with targeted exercises to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the back. It starts with simple warm-up exercises and then continues with targeted back-strengthening and stretching exercises. Natural elements can be used as training equipment. The session is rounded off with mobilisation and relaxation exercises, which not only improve your back but also your general well-being.

Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of the honey bee. Together with beekeeper Michael, you will open a beehive at one of his travelling stands, watch the busy bees at work and learn all sorts of interesting facts about them. The tour ends with a tasting of various honey products. This cooking course is all about local wild herbs. Herbs and wild herbs are collected in the garden, which are then processed into a delicious lunch together with herbalist Rosi Mangger Walder. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Bread baking at the Museum: From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. there will be a demonstration of how bread was baked according to a traditional Passeiertal Valley recipes. Visitors can watch our expert Museum bakers at work as they answer your questions and happily trade tips with those in the know. Every Thursday, bike guide Markus takes us from Hafling on an e-bike over the Tschögglberg. On forest and woodland paths, we first ride via the Moschwald Alm and Maiser Alm up to the E5. The route is a little bumpy here and, with a little patience and the right technique, leads up to the Kreuzjöchl. From where we have a breathtaking panoramic view of South Tyrol's mountains. Along the way, there are always tips and hints for mountain biking in the terrain. Nice photo stops are also planned. Discover the WineCulturePath of Marlengo. From the village centre, it leads along quiet village streets via the numerous wine farms. Along the way you can find information panels about the history and culture of wine as well as giant-size items used in winegrowing. After the walk follows a wine-tasting. Every Thursday the farmers Günther and Michael with their faithful companions are waiting for you and your family and will answer your questions. You have the opportunity to make friends with the Lamas, to guide them, to feed them, to stroke their soft fur and to take a short walk with the fluffy animals. Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.

During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself. Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept. At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products.
