In the writings and visions of Hildegard of Bingen, Bonn artist Marianne Pitzen discovered that Hildegard saw a female image of God in the figure of wisdom, Sophia. On display are three-dimensional installations and replicas by artist and founder of the Frauenmuseum Bonn Marianne Pitzen. These are replicas of artistic works from the convent workshops, of which only a few copies remained after a fire, and writings on natural history and medicine with photographs by Marlies Obier from Siegen, who studied German, theology and history.

Guest showcase by Lisa Settari. In this exhibition, Lisa Settari offers insights into her master's thesis on the coming-out narratives of women who love women in South Tyrol's recent history. The work is based on twenty oral history interviews that Lisa Settari was allowed to conduct with ten women-loving women. Thanks to these oral sources and a focus on women's, gender and queer history, the existing historiography of South Tyrol can be both enriched and critically scrutinised. Lisa Settari: born 1994 in Merano, Bachelor in Political Science, Master in European Women's and Gender History, currently lecturer at the ‘Alexandru Ioan Cuza’ University in Iași (Romania).

The project, proposed by the Passirio Merano association and the city of Merano in collaboration with the Merano Women's Museum, shows a selection of photographs, printed using fine art techniques, taken during a long journey by the author through seven Asian countries (Thailand, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Iran) with the declared aim of documenting the situation of women.

Since its opening, the ice rink in the centre of Schenna has enjoyed great popularity. Anyone who wants to take to the ice is in exactly the right place in Schenna. The 12x30 metre artificial ice rink offers locals and guests the chance to do their laps on the shiny surface right in the village centre. Skates and helmets can be rented. Discover just how far it dates back to and which stimulating spirits are produced with passion and savoir-faire in Schenna’s first farm distillery during a tour of the historical cellar rooms, led by winegrower Matthias. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to sample some in the generous tasting session that follows!

Discover the story of the South Tyrolean apple in Meran/Merano! This apple tour of Merano's fruit cooperative CAFA will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about our local fruit. After a short introductory film you can explore the entire cooperative in the company of our apple experts and follow the storage, sorting, packaging and shipping of the South Tyrolean apple. Our apple expert will let you in on all kinds of secrets about our apples' goodness, the varieties and how best to store them at home. To round off the tour there is a brief apple tasting session. Registration for participation at the tourist office Marlengo, until monday, 4 p.m. Price 4 € per person. Our guide only speaks german and italian.

The Ötzi Glacier Tour is an extremely varied one day round tour, which crosses the main chain oft the Alps. It takes place every Tuesday and upon request. The undisputed highlight of this accompanied glacier skitour is the discovery site of Ötzi the Iceman (3,210 m). Starting from Kurzras. From there we will travel by cable car to the Grawand mountain terminal (3,100 m./10,170 ft.), the actual starting point of our tour. From there, we will travel over the Hochjochferner (2,800 m / 9,186 ft.) to the Schwarze Wand and on to the Hauslabjoch (3,280 m./ 10,761 ft.) We will then descend to the Tisenjoch (3,210 m. /10,532 ft.), the site where Ötzi was discovered. After a brief stop, we will ascend to the Hauslabjoch and descend into the Hochjoch Valley and continue down the valley to Kurzras. With suitable snow conditions, the course of the tour may change after the site where Ötzi was discovered: descent past the Similaun Refuge (3,019 m / 9,905 ft.) and through the Tisen Valley to Vernagt am See. Return to Kurzras. Requirements and conditions of participation: change in elevation ↑ approx. 600 m (1,969 ft.), ↓ approx. 2,100 m (6,890 ft.); duration: approx. 7 hours; basic physical condition; good parallel skiing ability (ski tour experience not necessary).

The kids and their family will be guided from clue to clue through Naturno and, if necessary, the adults will help with reading, writing or guessing. Transition - Günther Haller A film initiated by the relatives to convey to the family in China the splendour of farewell and to show the prosperity and success they have achieved abroad. At the same time, the film is intended to convey their deep sorrow over the loss.
