On request, the tasting can be organised with a focus on Chardonnay (4 wines), Pinot Nero (5 wines) or autochthonous grape varieties (7 wines). This involves tasting a comparison of different lines/variants of the same grape variety or autochthonous grape varieties.

Relive the essence of wine! The authentic oenological and sensorial experience takes place in the newly created wing of Cantina Kurtatsch. You will learn insightful and interesting facts about the importance of the terroir, the variety of the sites and the unique wines of Cantina Kurtatsch. The number of participants is limited due to the current situation (max. 12 persons), reservation is required.

Weekly market: market stands and benches with displaying fresh fruit and vegetables in season and different textiles and accessories.

Canyoning is the adventurous descent of streams. Slides, dips and long descents allow us to walk and swim in incredible and spectacular environments.

n the villages of Vilpian, Siebeneich and Terlan asparagus has been grown for centuries. Today 15 asparagus growers in Terlan plant approx. 10 ha of high quality asparagus and sell it under the trade mark and hallmark of excellence Margarete. The elegant looking and extremely mild tasting Terlan asparagus is very popular with the connoisseurs of this white spring vegetable. In April and May several restaurants invite visitors to enjoy classic and creative asparagus dishes made with the valuable Margarete asparagus. Fresh asparagus with home-cured ham, boiled potatoes and Bozner sauce is one of the classics. The meal is accompanied by the fine, mineral containing Terlano “asparagus wine” (Sauvignon) from the Terlan winery.

In German language. First discover the old and new cellars of the Terlan winery, founded in 1893, see how the wine is made and how the bottles are bottled. Afterwards you can taste: there are four Terlan wines to enjoy. Cost: € 30, € 15 with WinePass guest card. Please book at the tourist office by Thursday, midday. It is strictly forbidden to bring animals, regardless of their species, for viewing and tasting.

Guided tour through orchards and vineyards, Mr. Teutsch explains about raising methods, quality improving measures, and lot of other interesting information about South Tyrolean apples and wine. Minimum 6 persons.

Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. The walk lasts 3 1/2-4 hours, about 50 minutes of which are spent actually walking.

Guided tour of the Terlan's wine path. You will hear (only in German language) about the history of winegrowing, the vineyard plots, the varieties, the vine-training systems, and the estates and mansions you will encounter on the path. Space: 2 hours. Price: 6.00 Euro.

The trail and technique camp for E-mountain bike riders right at Lake Kaltern goes into the sixth round. Beginners and advanced bikers get the chance to learn fundamentals and improve their e-bike skills under professional guidance. And of course, fun is garanteed.

Moments of pleasure in spring! In April our apple orchards turn into a sea of white blossoms. This is when the life of our delicious apples begins. On the 25th of April everything in Andriano revolves around the apple. Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. Afterwards, the wineries of Terlano and Settequerce/Siebeneich serve their precious wines and some culinary delights – be it sunny or rainy. Venue: Via Chiesa/Residenza Lehenegg, Via Chiesa/Winery Stocker/Weinmesserhof and Via Margarethe/Residenza Köstenholz.
