We don’t want you to end up skin and bones, which is why we offer you plenty of choice, including crunchy pizzas fresh from the oven. This is the life, at our guesthouse in South Tyrol, to be enjoyed with your lover, your friends, or your family. Here we celebrate day in day out. Join the fun! Then take a seat in the cosy Tyrolean lounge in traditional Swiss stone pine, the inviting restaurant hall, or the cool beer garden. Go on, sit down, grab a drink, and make a toast!

Whether for refreshments after a walk, a merenda (snack lunch), a bite to eat or something more substantial, at lunchtime or in the evening, our establishment is always worth a visit. Our kitchen is open daily (except Wednesdays) from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, offering lovingly prepared Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities as well as international dishes.

Our guest house is located on the sunny side of the Val Senales, in the village Katharinaberg. It´s a perfect starting point for many excursions in the Texel Group Nature Park and on the "Meraner Hight Way". The nearby Glacier Ski Resort Val Senales offers numerous runway kilometres and snowy fun purely to Wintersport enthusiasts.

Our cuisine relies heavily on traditional Tyrolean meals, whilst at the same time paying special attention to a modern interpretation with a hint of Mediterranean taste. Next to our regional dishes we also offer a wide range of culinary specialties from the grill such as our famous spareribs or our tender steaks, which can be enjoyed in a laid-back atmosphere that is characterized by plain elegance and coziness. We recommend fine wines from South Tyrol, Italy and other regions of the world in a cozy atmosphere. In low season Thurday closed.

The restaurant Tomanegger is sitauted directly near to the hiking bus stop. Its grand terrace offers a magnificent view of Catinaccio (Rosengarten) and Dolomites. The menu is versatile and includes both Italian and South Tyrolean specialities. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.

The Golden Rose chefs create harmonious dishes every day, a skillful meeting between tradition and innovation, South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. The herbs and flowers of our garden enrich every dish with color and aromas, with a strongly held respect for nature and for the quality of products that we select from our valleys. Hotel Restaurant GERTRAUD: If you are looking for quiet, relax and comfort, then you will choose our hotel. Central position, yet away from the noise. The Langenstein and Kanzel chair lifts are just five minutes away by foot. The ski bus stop is nearby as well. The hotel offers not only a homely atmosphere, but also beautiful and large rooms with shower/WC, Sat-TV and balcony with panoramic view. Sauna, turkish bath and whirlpool are always available to keep you fit. Hotel bar and sun-drenched terrace for relax.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

The Hotel Brunnerhof at Rasun is famous for its excellent cuisine and catering, under the personal supervision of the owner and chef de cuisine, Christine Brunner. E-bike charging station available!

In the midst of the action in Sulden - that's the village bar Nives, the ultimate hotspot! Come by and let yourself be convinced, it will definitely be worth it. The bar at Nives is a real feast for the eyes. The back part of the building protrudes and seems to float almost 4 stories in the air. Through the large windows, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque village of Sulden. With the longest bar counter in town, indirect lighting, and modern flair, the bar especially creates a unique atmosphere in the evening. Of course, there's also a fine selection of rum, gin, and whisky. Or do you prefer a glass of good South Tyrolean wine or a fine grappa? Whatever you decide, you are in the right place in our bar.
