There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. A highlight are also our two terraces and the playroom for the kids. To enjoy with relish a cup of coffee keeping always an eye on the children – this is unique to us.

Sometimes you find something special just in the simple. For our kitchen this means: fresh, regional ingredients, traditional recipes and great care in the preparation. Out of conviction we use products from the South Tyrolean agriculture and obtain most of our meat products from the surrounding organic farms. Free-range eggs from local farmers and of course only "Puschtra" potatoes are served here.

The restaurant at Hotel Belvedere is only on reservation. It's a good location for family parties (like first communion or baptism... ) or Christmas staff parties.

Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.

At the Jochele Hotel & Restaurant, hotel guests and locals, fans of speck platters and gourmets all feast together side by side and completely at ease. A culinary day at the Jochele has plenty to offer! The bustle of hard work starts in the hotel kitchen when the cock first crows in the morning. Chef Horst and his team treat fans of South Tyrolean cuisine to typical specialities and international creations. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes. The cuisine of chef at the Sport, Cure Hotel Bad Moos in Alta Pusteria spoils you with regional and seasonal, and light dishes. Our chef's specialities are typical South Tyrolean dishes prepared in a modern cuisine style. You will also love the Mediterranean flavours and scents accompanied by excellent South Tyrolean wines. At lunch you can enjoy the dish of the day, while you can choose from various menus in the evening: the creations of our chef always manage to surprise and spoil the palate of our guests. Our chef the cuisine is looking forward to spoil the palate of our gourmet guests in the Sport & Kurhotel Bad Moos and Residence in Alta Pusteria. You will be enchanted by the taste of his South Tyrolean and international dishes.

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.
