The cook and young farmer Elisabeth offers cooking and baking courses, her mother Erika is guiding farm and herb garden tours.
Their homemade products such as jams, honey, bath and herbal salts, tea, syrups, fruit, vegetables and dried fruits are sold at the farm.

Our beekeeping is focused on a natural and bee-friendly approach, minimizing interventions in the hives. By selecting locations from Vinschgau to Riva del Garda, our bees can access a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources, which is reflected in the purity and quality of our honey. Discover our diverse range of honey varieties and beekeeping products, as well as our high-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda.

• Beeswax candles: Handcrafted, chemical-free candles made from pure beeswax. Available in various shapes and prices.

• Olive oil: High-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda, characterized by its spicy note, thanks to the local microclimate.

• Discovery tours: Experience the world of bees and honey production with a guided tour. This experience is bookable through the Partschins Tourist Office, also for groups and school classes.
• Event stand: Our event stand offers honey and olive oil tastings directly at your hotel. We handle the entire organization to provide your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.
• Bee sponsorships: Become a bee sponsor and support biodiversity. As a sponsor, you will receive honey, updates on the development of the bee colony, and an exclusive guided tour with honey tasting.

At the Wieserhof Farm in Vöran/Verano the cattles are reared by Markus in the form of suckler cows. Due to the natural husbandry the meat is of special quality.
Mixed packages from the beef are offered (8 or 12 KG): roast beef, escalopes, roasting joints, goulash, mince, meat for soup and boiled meat, house sausages.

ANTICHITA' SACCO GIOVANNINO SINCE 1958

Antichità Sacco Giovannino was founded in 1958 by my parents. My father Giovannino with a small truck went around in the Tyrol valleys to collect the beautiful painted furniture.
To supply his small shop located in the family house where my mother Ave dealt with the selling. At the first time the customers were antique dealers, architects and designers, but as the voice spread in the nearby Cortina where the most important italian and international names of the industry and show business were building their wonderful villas.
So many of them went to my parents to buy furniture. These people of good taste and good culture motivated my father to find most important pieces of arts, paintings, sculptures, silvers, important furniture. 

Now our company is managed with seriousness from me and my mother.

At the Spitalerhof farm in Vöran/Verano different kinds of fruit, vegetables and herbs are cultivated.
This products can be purchased directly at the farm: fresh vegetables and eggs, fruit spread, cordials, teas, dryed fruit, herbal salts and pickled vegetables.

For 60 years the family Rinner has relied on the traditional production of Rinner Speck. Careful selection of raw materials, spice mixture according to a secret family recipe, mild smoking with beech wood and a slow and balanced maturing process give the South Tyrolean Speck of the Rinner family its unique taste. In the delicatessen shop you can buy delicacies such as Kaminwurzen, salami, various types of wild salami and many other smoked products.

“Pröfing” is derived from “grafting” and, in the vernacular, means something like plant refinement. Just as the fruit trees were once refined and furred, today farmer Annemarie lovingly refines the fruits of our farm. In 2014 we decided to farm the Pröfinghof organically. Of course, this also includes biodiversity and so it came about that more and more fruits and vegetables, berries and herbs were planted around our farm. Since 2015 we have also been offering all of these processed treats in the small farm shop!

In our family farm shops we sell: vegetables and fruits of the saison, fruit spread, juices, cyser (apple mead), dried fruit, eggs, and honey from our bees.

The butcher´s shop Poernbacher in Olang is led now by its 3rd generation. The art of butcher is a family tradition. Since the foundation in 1946 of the family business by Karl Poernbacher near the train station in Olang, the name of Poernbacher is a guarantee for all the meat products. In year 1971 his son Oswald Poernbacher went on with his fatjer business and moved the shop right in the center of Olang near kronplaty. That strategic position helped in the business and increased the profit and the productivity. Since 2001 also Oswald Poernbacher´s son Alexander begun to work as butcher and works nowaday as manager of the production. Since then are working there also two professional butchers and produce the specialties that are available to be sold. Our products are made in the same way since 3 generations.
