Back from the mountain, a bike ride in our beautiful surroundings or from a shopping session you would definitely enjoy to relax at the table and taste a good wine and great food.

Sometimes you find something special just in the simple. For our kitchen this means: fresh, regional ingredients, traditional recipes and great care in the preparation. Out of conviction we use products from the South Tyrolean agriculture and obtain most of our meat products from the surrounding organic farms. Free-range eggs from local farmers and of course only "Puschtra" potatoes are served here.

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Accessible by cable car, chairlift and a leisurely hike, the traditional inn awaits you after careful renovation, with a new sun terrace and cosy dining rooms. Chef David and his kitchen team prioritise good and above all local food and products. Passionate craftsmanship and South Tyrolean hospitality do the rest.

The Kirchsteigeralm alpine hut, at the valley station of the chairlift Mittager in the hiking area Merano 2000, is the starting point for beautiful walks round. Traditional cuisine and accommodation.

Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. The Para, a cabin in the typical Tyrolean style, is located 1970 m in the charming ski resort Superski Dolomites in Alta Badia, right on the Brancia, main track linking the towns of La Villa, San Cassiano and Corvara, and opposite the ski lift La Para, suitable for children and those who love engage in funny boardercross courses.
