Served as a feast for the eyes, the local specialties such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, spinach noodles or dumpling dishes give you the flair of the South Tyrolean Alps. Our desserts like the homemade apple pie, the delicious “Germknödel” (germ dumpling) or our “Preiselbeeromlettes” (Cranberry omelettes) provide a cozy warm feeling in the stomach when the mountain air stimulates your appetite.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm. Tip: roasted lamb, handmade and traditional Tyrolean starters, grey cheese and alpine butter, children’s playground, annual and traditional Wasserfaller Kirchtag

The first place to stop off on the Helm, next to the mountain station for the cable car at 2050 m. Farmhouse room, large sun terrace, playground, dreamy panorama of the Dolomites; Ski bar Igloo beach café.

The Waldhütte is located in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area right next to the mountain station. It can be reached in winter via the mountain railway Ratschings-Jaufen. In summer the forest hut is closed.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Our mountain hut is located on a sunny hill in the middle of unspoiled nature on the Alpe di Siusi at 2011 m altitude and can be easily reached in summer and winter. Try our different homemade dishes while enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the beautiful mountains of the Dolomites. We wish you unforgettable moments in an enchanting environment. The hut is reachable from Ortisei by the cablecar Alpe di Siusi and then on the footpath nr. 6 in approx. 20 minutes. From Compaccio you can reach the hut in 40 minutes walk.

The hut is located on the Trentino side right under the Sassolungo. We have 12 beds in comfort rooms with own bathroom and 30 more beds in typical tyrolean rooms with sharing bathrooms. The refuge has boot warmers, clothes dryer and e-bike refills with the possibility to put the bikes indoors, a modern ski-room and a private ski-lift that takes you directly to the Dolomiti Superski slopes 12 resorts and 1200km of slopes and the famous Sellaronda without cold morning queues. Our cuisine is typical with a touch of modernity, many dishes offered come from our organic farms in Highlander, the largest in Italy. Access: from Campitello di Fassa via the Col Rodella cable car, then descending for 10 minutes along the path that leads to Sasso Piatto or from Passo Sella taking the Friedrich August path in 30 minutes you arrive at the refuge. The Ütia Nagler is located in the beautiful Dolomites of Alta Badia, below the Sasso Santa Croce in Badia. The cuisine of the Ütia Nagler in Badia is a homage to the flavours of South Tyrol. The restaurant offers a wide range of traditional Ladin dishes prepared with care and passion. Among the most popular dishes are the homemade cajincì (stuffed crescents), various types of polenta, eggs and bacon potatoes, apple strudel with vanilla sauce. There is also no shortage of classic dishes such as pasta and steaks. Ice cream sundaes are very popular in the summer. On colder days, hot chocolate, steaming mulled wine and bombardino are always available. The Alfarei family has been running the refuge since 2004. The cooperation and experience of the family make for a particularly friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which pervades the entire refuge.

The mountain wind has turned – new faces and an innovative mountain cuisine are moving into what was once the Williams Hut: a variety of influences melt into spicy game, delicious burgers and pizza. We are wild and free – we love variety. We want to make wild o’williams into a destination – a hot hut at the heart of the South Tyrolean highlands. Check out our revival this summer – you’ll be simply wow!

Gourmet cuisine with homemade specialities at the foot of the Teufelsegg slope! We attach great importance to the use of regional products and local meat.

Our hut is situated on the Sella Pass in the middle of the breathtaking Dolomites scenery. Thanks to its position between Val Gardena and Val di Fassa, you can enjoy a fantastic 360° view. In winter you can reach us directly via the Sellaronda. In summer, however, you can reach us either from the Sella Pass after a comfortable 25-minute walk or from Campitello di Fassa with the Col Rodella cable car and after a 20-minute walk downhill towards the Sella Pass. Another option to reach us is by bike in 10 minutes from the Sella Pass or downhill from the Col Rodella cable car towards the Sella Pass in only 5 minutes. A large selection of creative culinary dishes from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine awaits you here. Also pizza lovers will not miss out(only winter). Starting point: Via Passo Giovo, park area Kalcheralm (1.790m) For those who prefer shorter hikes. First take the car to the Via Giovo – the starting point. From the large park area – signage Kalcheralm – you have to walk about 45 minutes to finally reach the mountain pasture Kalcheralm. From there you can also begin the Ratschinger Almenweg. Alternative: reachable also from the mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen in about 30 minutes. Tip: dishes of wild game, on the weekend Krapfen and the traditional dish “Blattler mit Kraut”, accessible by car, children’s playground, South Tyrolean beer from the brewery Antonius

Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and one of our specialities is grilled trout (summer months only) which you can fish directly from our lake in front of the restaurant if you want or Tyrolean specialities such as a variety of canederli (Tyrolean dumplings made of bread with speck or spinach) and, for those with a sweet tooth, we highly recommend "Kaiserschmarren" which is a sweet omelette with bilberry jam as well as delicious home-made strudel and cakes. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

Panorama Hut is situated in Selva di Val Gardena near the Passo Gardena at an altitude of 2130 meters. Reachable in 5 minutes from the middle station of the cable car Dantercëpies and in 30 minutes from Passo Gardena. Tyrolean specialties, homemade cakes, sun terrace, children‘s playground. The most traditional ski hut in the ski region the skiresort Three Peaks in the Dolomites is located at the Signaue/Rotwand valley station. Here the sophisticated hospitality in the rustic Alpine hut atmosphere is a real experience. Whether it`s a stop-off for a bite to eat to get your strength up during skiing, a sunny afternoon snack on the hut terrace or a Tyrol Jause (snack) after some fun tobogganing in Henn-Stoll there`s always something traditional on offer in the company of nice people.

Our cottage is located at the Sella Pass in the heart of the Dolomites mountains with a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmolada glaciar, the Sella massiv and the Sassolungo group. The Sella Pass forms together with the Pordoi Pass, the Gardena Pass and the Campolongo Pass the four-pass-trip, known from the skiers and the treckers as the "Sellaronda".
