For those who have known us for many years, our restaurant at Passo Campolongo is truly a must-visit! The strudels and polenta with venison from Senior Albina have become legendary in the Dolomites Passes. Anyone who has had the chance to taste them fondly remembers their flavor, texture, and aroma. The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes. You will find our wine bar in the Ansitz Schreckenstein in the wine village of St. Pauls in the municipality of Eppan. In fine weather you may take a seat in the inner courtyard with its Mediterranean flair, while in bad weather our parlours offer enough space.

Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! Imagine sitting in a room with carved wooden ceilings, elegant velvet fabrics, and a view of the Sella bathed in the colors of dawn, with a buffet laid out with warm croissants, sweet jams, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses for all tastes, eggs of all kinds, and more!
In our cozy farmhouse inn or on the sunny terrace, you can enjoy the finest dishes of Ladin and Tyrolean cuisine. The dishes we cook with great tradition are based on excellent products from our agriculture and the region: dumplings with goulash, creamy soup from the Rit meadows, and tagliatelle with ragout are some of our specialties. Of course, wines and beers from South Tyrol cannot be missing. However, our flagship are the meat dishes. Every day we offer dishes made from Angus beef from our herd, a very flavorful, tender, and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids meat.

The Snack Bar Corf is located opposite the Boè cable car in Corvara and is the perfect place to relax after a long, tiring day in the mountains. It was founded in the winter of 1982 as a simple kiosk. In the meantime it has become a family-run establishment where you can enjoy a good breakfast, a fresh aperitif, tasty fast food or a delicious ice cream. Our most famous dish is undoubtedly the porchetta sandwich, but we also invite you to try our hamburgers, salads, sausages and let's not forget the chicken on the spit (only available in summer).
Typical South Tyrolean dishes and the best creations of Italian cuisine are served in the elegant restaurant whose walls tell the Ladin myths through the paintings of Prof. Roller.

The Pirchhof lies on the Sonnenberg near Naturns, right above the Meran High Altitude Path and offers a unique view of the Vinschgau valley. You will be able to enjoy typical South Tyrolean products mostly produced on the premises on the sunny terrace or inside, far away from everyday life. The Pirchhof offers Farm Holidays too. Open daily from Mid-March to Mid-November, in December only at weekends. Orders for evening meals only taken in advance.
