    Guesthouse Noafer has been in the family for three generations, but has been a place to drop by to refresh for much longer.In times gone by all kinds of people who were on the go such as craftsmen going from place to place, inhabitants of Bozen seeking nature, or even farmers who had sold their ware in the valley, stopped by at Noafer to enjoy a nice glass of wine or some "Speck" (bacon speciality) whilst enjoying a friendly chat with the locals in the Stube (rustic wooden room). Nowadays it's families, trekkers, businesspeople enjoying their lunches and many more, but they all come for the same thing. Enjoying nature whilst enjoying some homemade apple strudel, or having fun at a game of cards in the enticing Stube (rustic wooden room) in winter.

    The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products.     We are in a sunny, peaceful location bursting with nature at 1,420m in the hills situated above Welsberg/Monguelfo. It is not only a restaurant to visit for a meal but also a lovely place to spend a few hours– whether as a couple or a family. You can reach the restaurant comfortably by car from the centre of Monguelfo in just 10 minutes, or if you are the outdoors type there are many walking trails that pass our door. Our chef creates traditional home-made Tyrolian specialities as well as international favourites. We spend our time searching for the highest quality local ingredients. We use fresh herbs and home-grown produce from our vegetable garden when the seasons allow. Enjoy the family atmosphere in our homely ’Stube’ which makes for a memorable experience. Naturally, we also welcome children with meals prepared specially for them. Afterwards they can have some fun and enjoy the outdoor playground. Only on reservation. Closed on Monday.

    The restaurant “ Umser Mühlele” was new reopened in spring 2018 . It is located really quiet and idyllic at the hiking trail number 6 from Fie´ to the Castel Prösels but you can also reach it by car or by bus (number 176 ). The guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Fie´ and Renon . The “ Umser Mühlele “ offers regional and delicious food for diner . Saturday and Sunday the restaurant offers also food for lunch and in the afternoon the guests enjoy homemade cakes , ice cream or the typical South Tyrolean “ Marende” .
