Ebner wine farm lies at the foot of the Ritten high plateau surrounded by vineyards. The farmer, Florian, produces excellent wines, while his wife is an experienced cook and confectioner who treats her guests to typical Tyrolean dishes, and now serves a delicious farm brunch. Open from March to mid-May on Sunday after 9.00 am (farm brunch until 1.00 pm). From the start of October to mid- December from Wednesdays to Fridays from 6.00 pm, open from midday on Saturdays and Sundays. Prior order required.
Our farm is situated above Signat along the chestnut trail. Our traditional farmhouse cooking offers many local filled pasta varieties, known as "Schlutzkrapfen" and filled with spinach, pumpkin, ricotta or even beetroot and horseradish. We offer numerous different varieties of traditional dumplings, such as cheese, spinach, beetroot or pumpkin, and also rustic variations such as herbal or bacon dumplings. For dessert lovers we offer traditional sweet dishes, a hearty Kaiserschmarrn or sweet pancakes.
In our kitchen we prepare delicate dihes from local or international cuisine.

Welcome to the Lingeralm, visit us on the middle of the sunny Lingeralm Möltner plateau. In our tavern with panoramic views we will spoil you with typical South Tyrolean dishes and cakes and snacks .
For the little ones , but also for our great guests we have all sorts to offer. A large sun terrace , plenty of space to romp for the kids and a small children 's playground with swings .
Jenesien/San Genesio Atesino, Bolzano/Bozen and environs
The Jenesier Jöchl-Alm is a snack station on the Tschögglberg in the Sarntal Alps. The alp lies south of the Stoanernen Mandln and is reached most quickly from the Kampedill hiking parking lot. The moderately steep ascent along the wide forest road takes a good half hour. From the Schermoos parking lot, which can also be reached by bus from Bolzano, you have to reckon with a walking time of 1 ½ hours. The alp is also easy to reach by mountain bike from both parking lots. At the Jenesier Jöchl-Alm there is a wide selection of typical South Tyrolean dishes and snacks as well as homemade cakes. From the terrace of the hut you have a beautiful view to the Dolomites and the Mendelkamm. The hut is open from the beginning of April to mid-November. From Boxing Day to Epiphany the hut is also open every day. In the period after January 6 is open on weekends and holidays.
Because of their open, friendly manner, their honest hospitality, and their delicious, hearty dishes, Heiner – the Alm's host– his wife Anni, and the entire team are held in high esteem by hikers and mountainbikers alike.
In the wintertime, the Getrumalm is a popular destination for snowshoe hikers and ski tour enthusiasts.
Both in the wintertime and in the summer, the Getrumalm is highly regarded as a destination by locals and many Sarentino Valley guests.
It's not for nothing that the Getrum Hut was included in the "Guida Espresso 2016."
