Every evening our chef prepares a royal dinner for our guests who make their own choice of five courses with salad buffet, alternating between a gala dinner and Tyrolean specialities. Our chef and restaurant staff all do their best to provide a perfect service for our guests. In the morning we offer you a healthy breakfast with a choice of fresh bread, tea corner and free range eggs from local farmers. A selection of excellent wines will accompany you through the evening and to finish a delicious meal there is nothing like a sip of our top quality Schnapps.

Our tipical wooden "Stuben" offer you a wide variety of tipical tyrolean cuisine from a cold starter to main dishes like a filetsteak, game-specialities. We are opened daily, also for lunch! In summertime our terrace with the garden is opened for you!

Our kitchen specializes in regional dishes. On reservation, we also provide food for different occasions such as Birthday party, first communion, confirmation and so on.

Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is not simply an exclusive restaurant, but the place where the starred chef's sustainable philosophy is fully realised. In the magnificent Moessmer period villa in Bruneck, you can enjoy the 'Cook the Mountain' tasting menu based on the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys, chosen with respect for their natural cycles and with the aim of minimising waste. Spacious, bright and cosy rooms correspond to the vision of an Atelier: there is the Aperitif and Dessert Room, the Dining room, the Library and the Wine cellar.
