At 1955 m above sea level, at the foot of King Laurin's kingdom, the Rosengarten, you will find our rustic alpine hut. The sun terrace invites hikers, climbers and bikers in summer and skiers, snowshoe hikers and ski tourers in winter to enjoy the overwhelming panorama and regional South Tyrolean dishes.

The refuge has a cozy, heated lounge area and a terrace-solarium, which is able to accommodate large groups. You will be warmly welcomed into this friendly family environment and will be offered South Tyrolean dishes and Italian and Ladin cuisine, along with lots of kindness and hospitality. Let us spoil you with some of our local specialties: cheese, bacon and spinach dumplings, tagliatelle with venison sauce, polenta with venison, mushroom and melted cheese, traditional Kaiserschmarren and homemade cakes.

You can reach us comfortably by public transport, by your own car or via numerous beautiful hikes. The small, regional farm brewery currently offers three types of beer: A sparkling light beer, the full-bodied festive beer and a refreshing wheat-beer. The traditional beer styles are brewed according to the German Purity Law. The beer can be accompanied by cold dishes from the farm kitchen. Jochen and Constanze Bauder from Germany made their dream come true in Deutschnofen/Nova Pnente. The beer lovers from Germany are newcomers – they taught themselves the craft of brewing, with additional support from a brewmaster from Bavaria.

You will find the Restaurant Pizzaria Adler in the center of Nova Ponente. We offer you traditional and tipical tyrolean food and delicious pizzas! Hot food: from 12:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and from 06:00 p.m. to 09:30 p.m. Pizza: from 5.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

At 1530 m, idyllically situated between the pilgrimage site of Maria Weissenstein and the Bletterbach Gorge and the Corno Bianco, we welcome you. On our family-run alpine pasture we offer typical South Tyrolean dishes and homemade cakes and desserts. The Malga Petersberger Leger Alm can be comfortably reached in 35-40 minutes from the car park in Maria Weissenstein - also with prams. From the Malga Laab Alm in Nova Ponente it is about 30 minutes on foot. We are also open in the evenings on reservation. Hot food from 11.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m.

The restaurant is open Monday and Tuesday from 12.00 am till 3.00 pm and from Wednesday to Sunday always from 12.00 am till 8.30 pm!

The refuge Roda di Vaèl is located on the saddle of the Ciampaz, at a high of 2283 meters and in the middle of the Catinaccio. Regarding the refuges is this one of the points of reference of this famous mountain group. At the time, when it was enlarged and renovated, was the dining room dedicated to one of the most capable alpinists of the alpine history of the Dolomites: Marino Stenico. Even nowadays are Marino Stenico's climb routes very selective. The refuge is in possession of the SAT (Association of the regional Alpini ) and is run by Roberta Silva, who is always at your disposal to give you some advice for your excursion to one of the exciting metallic fixed rope trails of the " Roda di Vaèl " or " Majarè " or to one of the many beautiful alpine tours. We are opened in summer, from June to October. The refuge offers a restaurant, bar, 50 beds, a large terrace and solarium.

Nevertheless, Hotel Schneiderwiesen, can be considered some kind of oasis of peace where to feel at ease from the very beginning. Auer Leger Alm is at 1872 m between the Lavazé Pass and Oclini Pass. In the winter, we invite you after a cross-country skiing tour or a toboggan day one at a refreshment. In this known Almrestaurant we spoil you with regional delicacies Tyrolean style, game specialties and traditional "Strauben". In the summer there are various delicacies except to observe our petting zoo and live the lush grazing cattle have the option.
