The parking lot serves as the starting and finishing line (beginning of the Ultner Höfeweg farms hiking trails) in Pracupola/Kuppelwies. A very beautiful course amidst the quaint and idyllic Val d’Ultimo/Ultental Valley leading up to S. Nicoló/St. Nikolaus. On the way back, the path runs along the other side of the valley. Difference in altitude: 251 m. Mostly in the forest. 

Easy hike above Tisens/Tesimo with beautiful viewpoints of the Tisner Mittelgebirge mountain range.

Attention: the path is not cleared in winter and can be icy in places. Always wear good shoes!

This walk (from Sirmiano di Sopra to Gaido) starts at the car park at Sirmiano di Sopra.

Route: Kuppelwies - St. Walburg - Kuppelwies

The Proves/Proveis village center serves as the starting and the finishing line for the course. The quiet and meditative course in the Nordic Walking Park runs through the forest. Difference in altitude: 264 m. The course offers an impressive panoramic view.

Circular hike to the idyllic hamlets of Grissiano/Grissian and Sirmiano di Sopra/Obersirmian with its Romanesque churches and beautiful viewpoints

The porphyry hill of St. Hippolyt is situatet in the north of the low mountain range of Tesimo. The 758m high hill stands lonely, away from the noise of the world, and offers a unique panoramic view far over the Adige Valley. No fewer than 20 villages and 40 castles can be seen from up here. Its exposed location also made it one of the oldest prehistoric settlements in South Tyrol.
The Romanesque church of St. Hippolytus is enthroned on the hill.
A forest road leads to the church and the hill, but it is not cleared in winter. Attention: the path can be icy in places, good footwear required!

Very worthwhile hike to the Monte Luco/Großer Laugen (2433m). Level of difficulty: moderate - fitness and sure-footedness necessary

The woodland nature trail was designed in line with scientific principles and, using a variety of different interactive exhibits, communicates a lot of interesting facts about nature, the forest and water.

Easy hike from Tesimo to Prissiano with a wonderful view of the Tisner Mittelgebirge mountain range 

This hike leads you from the centre of Nalles to castle Katzenzungen, where the oldest and largest grapevine in the world is located.

This hike requires sure-footedness and starts at the parking lot of the fire hall in Sirmiano di Sotto/Untersirmian.

This trail from Nalles to Andriano is an easy hike or suitable as a jogging track.

Geltrude/St. Gertraud and on the other side of the valley back to the starting point. The path mainly runs through the forest. Difference in altitude: 419 m.

From San Felice/St. Felix via the Lake of San Felice/St. Felix to the 1865 m high Macaion/Gantkofel, a first-class viewpoint.

Attention: the path is not cleared in winter and can be icy or covered with deep snow. Always make sure you have good shoes and appropriate equipment!

Moderately difficult but very rewarding hike along the "Mühlenweg" to Caprile/Gfrill.

Moderate hike with beautiful views of Prissiano and its sights (for example Castel Katzenzungen, Wehrburg Castle).

Hike to the beautiful St. Jakob's Church in Grissiano with his pictures from the beginning of the XIII century.

The path starts from the mountain station of the Unterstell cable car and leads up to Galmein and then on past the Grubhof farm, the Pirchhof farm and the Schnatzhof farm. It then heads back to Galmein where it meets the Meraner Höhenweg (Merano High Path) and goes on to the Linthof farm before heading down to Patleid and back to where it started from.

From San Felice/St. Felix via the Lake of San Felice/St. Felix to the 1865 m high Macaion/Gantkofel, a first-class viewpoint

Easy to walk, almost flat and paved connection from Prissiano to Tesimo. Suitable for push chairs, illuminated at night.
