The visits of the FORST Brewery are held every Wednesday from April to October at 14.00 o’clock in German language and every Thursday from June to September always at 14.00 in Italian. is a tested and certified mountain guide and having completed a two-year training programme works as a guide throughout South Tyrol. He happily and competently accompanies and leads mountain-loving people in a wide variety of mountain sport disciplines – from climbing and abseiling to alpine tours over cliffs or glaciers and summit ascents. In addition, he offers climbing lessons, individual alpine skiing tours for beginners, and avalanche and glacier courses.
Castel Lebenberg is one of the most beautiful castles in Burggrafenamt, built in the 13th century. By the lords of Marling. The castle was built by the Masters of Marling, which then called themselves the Masters of Lebenberg. Later the Fuchs von Fuchsberg Family gained possession of the castle for nearly 400 years. Nowadays Castle Lebenberg is privately owned and the owners live here full time. Guided tours allow visitors to experience this architectural example of times long gone.
The well preserved castle has a lot to offer for visitors who are interested in arts and history: The 3 story chapel from the 14th century, romantic inner courtyards, a French flower garden, the hall of mirrors in Rococo style, an armoury as well as fully furnished rooms from various epochs and farmers rooms with gothic farmer's furniture are among the many things to see.
Lovers of medieval murals will enjoy the precious gothic frescos which have only recently been discovered.
The imposing complex of buildings from the 13th century is fully preserved to this day and can be visited daily.
Bergauf in Pracupola/Kuppelwies is a small social cooperative in Val d'Ultimo/Ultental Valley, which has set itself the task of buying sheep wool from the farmers of the valley and to process it locally. This results in a valuable, domestic raw material being refined in the valley and creating jobs. Last, but not least, woolly feel-good products are lovingly handmade, which many can enjoy: wool slippers, placemats, seat covers, blankets and gloves.

The technical training parcous in Naturno/Naturns above the sport center is open for mountain bikers and managed by the Ötzi-Bike-Academy Naturns. Beginners and advanced bikers can learn and improve their biking techniques. The training place is also open on afternoons in order to train and develop the bike techniques and to gain more security on the bike.
Bouldering is climbing on rocks, cliffs or artificial climbing walls without a rope. Over the past few years, this sport has constantly increased in popularity and since 1970, it is a discipline in its own right in the area of sports climbing. Its popularity has drastically increased, especially within the younger generation.
Algund is home to one of the largest outdoor boulder areas in South Tyrol.
Passionate climbers can also enjoy the Salewa Cube in the nearby provincial capital of Bozen – currently the largest climbing hall in Italy. On a climbing surface of 2,000 square metres, 250 climbers can have a go at the same time. In addition, there are three speed climbing routes, 420 square metres of boulder surfaces, boulder blocks with grades of difficulty from A to E, climbing paths, a dry tooling wall, 11,000 climbing handles etc.

From Narano en route to St. Hippolyt, the Narauner Weiher pond is located in a small clearing at the foot of a climbing wall and prehistoric cult site. The slightly dark pond is a habitat for frogs and ideal for a healthy natural pool. Many legends have arisen around the small Narauner Weiher pond.
