The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.

The AdlerCafé invites you to relax, read and chat with other people. Whatever you want to do, it will be accompanied by comfortable background music. Special lamps exuberate a soothing, warm light and create a comfortable atmosphere with our designer furniture and orange-coloured fabrics, as well as the historic walls and vaults. On warm summer days, you can sit outside in the picturesque Adlerbruckengasse under the small porticos.

We offer different types of pasta which we prepare fresh on a daily basis. We take our Italian culinary heritage seriously. This is why you can expect carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from Südtirol and Italy that meet organic standards. We're three adventurers with a passion for great pasta. In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. Carma stands for uncompromising Italian and Südtirol taste. That is why we make our pasta exclusively with fresh products delivered straight from Italy. Come by and taste for yourself!

recently opened, the Bar Thaler in the Alte Marktgasse in Brixen has already acquired a mega reputation. An absolute meeting place for everyone. About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Our restaurant in Bressanone is the meeting point for those who love to eat well, chat, celebrate or simply to live and let live. The local site in the arcades offers a unique atmosphere of "traubenwirt" with its frescoes, ancient columns and arched ceilings. The ideal place to enjoy Tyrolean specialties. For true gourmet in South Tyrol you can enjoy a dish at midday light of our delicious appetizers, or in the evening a prestigious surprise menu to delight your palate.

Experience the unusual atmosphere of the secular stone cellars. Also ideal for business dinners, family and birthdays. Hubenbauer tavern offers new wine, chestnuts roasting on the grill, bacon, smoked sausages and many other tasty dishes from the farm kitchen. Since the autumn of 2010, in addition to the ancient tradition of the restaurant in South Tyrol, the inn offers its own brewery. With special beers of high fermentation, we have completed our gastronomic offer. The beer is brewed according to the Bavarian Beer Purity Law of 1516.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

The Gourmet-Hotel Gruener Baum offers you typical wood panelled parlors as well as a traditional and native tyrolean cuisine, a selection of indigenous, regional and national wines and exquisite South tyrolean distillate. You can enjoy over 50 à la carte dishes, a rich salad and starter buffet and for dessert italian ice cream delicacies and pastries!

Local products from South Tyrol fill the pots in our kitchen and are carefully prepared for presentation on your plate. From the "common" South Tyrolean bacon dumpling with a refined herb garnish from our own garden to the tagliatelle Caprese with fresh basil and South Tyrolean mozzarella, the selection is great and the symbiosis of traditional and Mediterranean cuisine make the Eisack Valley cuisine a must for food lovers. As an accompaniment, junior chef Andreas serves you just the right wine from South Tyrol, Italy, or even wine from abroad.

South Tyrol's largest and most modern nightclub offers entertainment at the highest level on two floors. Club Max has already hosted legendary nights with internationally renowned DJs such as Timmy Trumpet, Don Diablo, Robin Schulz, Headhunterz, Brennan Heart and many more. Our club attracts hundreds of night owls from all over South Tyrol every week to dance and party in Brixen.

At Tapas you can enjoy traditional local and international cuisine. In addition to the varied lunch menu with delicious regional dishes, we serve a variety of snacks for smaller appetites throughout the day.

The Villscheiderhof inn is ideally positioned along the well-known Chestnut Trail and looks out over Brixen, the seat of the local bishop. The Hilpold family are looking forward to treating you to tasty dishes and excellent wines in their farmhouse parlour or on the terrace. Open from mid-March until the start of June and from the end of September until 25th November. In spring, open on Fridays as of 5.00pm, on Saturdays and Sundays as of midday. In autumn, open from Tuesdays to Fridays as of 5.00pm, on Saturdays and Sundays as of midday. Closed on Mondays.

Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.

By day a delicious coffee, in the evening an original wine bar with wide selection of wines and fine varieties of rum and cigars: La Habana is a meeting place for connoisseurs and gourmets, in the heart of Bressanone.

For more than 350 years the Goldene Rössl has been oasis of peace and relax for travelers. Our inn is mentioned already in document dating back to 1640. The 29 rooms of our hotel with up to 60 available beds offer a wide array of comforts: each room has bath, shower and WC, color TV, radio and telephone. Most rooms have balcony. The hotel also has an elevator and wheelchair access. There are several tennis courts nearby. Forget your car in our garage reserved for our guests and enjoy strolling through the ancient town center of Brixen. The central yet quiet position of the hotel makes it also the ideal starting point for excursions in the summer and skiing on nearby Mount Plose in the winter. Almatosa Pastry Shop, handcrafted sweets made with natural ingredients. In November 2008 we opened our coffee shop. In 2011 we expanded the café and simultaneously opened our pastry shop. Now we have created a great team of pastry chefs who conjure up delicious cakes and fresh pastries every day. Specialties include chestnut hearts, yeast dough croissants, pandoro and our ice cream Visit our bakery and experience what delicious means! We wish you a natural enjoyment, because our cakes and desserts contain: Free-range eggs from the farm Flour without preservatives Fresh milk from the Eisack Valley Fresh yogurt from the Eisack Valley Fresh butter (not margarine) Quality low-fat curd Vegetable gelatin (agar agar, pectin) We also use NO powdered additives, NO coloring and NO flavor enhancers!

This listed farmhouse is situated north of Brixen, between Vahrn and Neustift, at the foot of a steeply sloping vineyard. It once belonged to the so-called Mairhöfen and provided income for the bishop. Today it is here to spoil you with a drop of its home-produced wine and tasty dishes. The farm in also offers wine tastings (booking required). From 12th September until 3rd December open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 noon. From 4th December until 6th January open from Friday until Sunday from 12 noon. Advance booking required.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. Renovated 3 years ago calls just to enjoy a glass of fine wine chosen by an extensive wine list. We invite you to submit to a test and come visit us at Vinus.

Burgerhof farm stands out thanks to its two cosy dining rooms and fantastic views of the Brixen valley basin. Organic farming methods have held great importance here for over 30 years. Guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, with a menu that changes every week, delicious organic wines as well as tender meat from the farm's own herd. Open from mid-September until the second weekend in December as well as from the start of April until the mid of June. Hours: Saturdays from midday and Sundays from 12.00am to 3.00pm. In autumn, open on Thursdays and Fridays from 6.00pm. Open in the evenings by reservation only. For the rest of the year we are happy to accept reservations above 20 guests on request.
