Enjoy an a la carte menu of our traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the comfortable and elegant rooms. In addition we will be happy to recommend a wine from our well-stocked cellar with wines from the region. The shady garden invites you to take a coffee break or take a cold beer or a glass of wine. In our guest rooms we serve all year round (except on Wednesdays) typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as Italian and international dishes.

The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. Indeed, our kitchen staff know how to impress food connoisseurs and continuously come up with new creations that can even surprise guests who return year after year.

Local products from South Tyrol fill the pots in our kitchen and are carefully prepared for presentation on your plate. From the "common" South Tyrolean bacon dumpling with a refined herb garnish from our own garden to the tagliatelle Caprese with fresh basil and South Tyrolean mozzarella, the selection is great and the symbiosis of traditional and Mediterranean cuisine make the Eisack Valley cuisine a must for food lovers. As an accompaniment, junior chef Andreas serves you just the right wine from South Tyrol, Italy, or even wine from abroad.

The AdlerCafé invites you to relax, read and chat with other people. Whatever you want to do, it will be accompanied by comfortable background music. Special lamps exuberate a soothing, warm light and create a comfortable atmosphere with our designer furniture and orange-coloured fabrics, as well as the historic walls and vaults. On warm summer days, you can sit outside in the picturesque Adlerbruckengasse under the small porticos.

Our restaurant in Bressanone is the meeting point for those who love to eat well, chat, celebrate or simply to live and let live. The local site in the arcades offers a unique atmosphere of "traubenwirt" with its frescoes, ancient columns and arched ceilings. The ideal place to enjoy Tyrolean specialties. For true gourmet in South Tyrol you can enjoy a dish at midday light of our delicious appetizers, or in the evening a prestigious surprise menu to delight your palate.

All products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties. Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.

Kuenhof was mentioned for the first time in the 12th century. It was then owned by the Bishop of Bressanone. The Wine Estate is located south of Bressanone, embedded in the vineyards and near the Brenner corridor. From the very first years as winegrowers we wanted a sustainable agriculture. Our purpose is a balanced symbiosis between human being, cultivated plants and nature. This accompanies the grape from the vineyard to the cellar. Our grapes grow at an altitude of 550 to 890 metres (1,800 to 2,900 feet) in the beautiful Valle Isarco. The terraced vineyards are mostly steep slopes.

The Plonerhof Restaurant Inn in Gereuth is famous for its excellent cuisine and it makes use of locally grown produce (milk, vegetables, meat) as well as game and Tyrolean style specialties. It is the ideal meeting point for family and company events. In the autumn it is the ideal place for "Törggelen" with steaming hot chestnuts and new wine!

We delight our guests with our delicious dishes inspired from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influence, consisting mainly of our high quality agricultural products. You can fish yourself trout and rainbow trout in our natural pond. The meat and the milk from our cows, calves and sheep that spend the whole summer on the mountain pasture, is healthy and very tasty. Fresh salads and all kind of vegetables and fruit come directly from our garden. The remaining milk is processed within our farm to tasty cheese specialities.

The Gourmet-Hotel Gruener Baum offers you typical wood panelled parlors as well as a traditional and native tyrolean cuisine, a selection of indigenous, regional and national wines and exquisite South tyrolean distillate. You can enjoy over 50 à la carte dishes, a rich salad and starter buffet and for dessert italian ice cream delicacies and pastries!

We offer different types of pasta which we prepare fresh on a daily basis. We take our Italian culinary heritage seriously. This is why you can expect carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from Südtirol and Italy that meet organic standards. We're three adventurers with a passion for great pasta. In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. Carma stands for uncompromising Italian and Südtirol taste. That is why we make our pasta exclusively with fresh products delivered straight from Italy. Come by and taste for yourself!

We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.

At Tapas you can enjoy traditional local and international cuisine. In addition to the varied lunch menu with delicious regional dishes, we serve a variety of snacks for smaller appetites throughout the day.

The Gummererhof lies high above the Brixen valley basin, nestling amongst chestnut groves and vineyards. In autumn, when the days draw in and get cooler, a lot of 'törggelling' goes on in the farmhouse - that involves finishing off the day with tasty farm fare and a glass of the season's new wine. House ‘Sekt’ (sparkling wine), made from the native ‘Blatterle’ grape is a special feature of the Gummererhof farm. Open days: Open daily from mid September to mid December from 15.00. Closed on Mondays. Open from Friday to Sunday in January and February. Booking recommended.

In a quiet, sunny, idyllic location in Pinzagen, just 3 km from the diocesan town of Brixen, is the Alpenrose Hotel - a top tip if you are looking to spend your holiday in Brixen eating well, and you value conviviality, comfort, and peace and quiet. For 40 years, the hotel, which has a wonderfully family-friendly and warm atmosphere, has been run by the Baldauf family. The Alpenrose in the Eisack Valley, the “Valley of the Ways”, welcomes both locals and guests/groups/families to stay for a while in its individual parlours, on the large sun terrace and in its brand new apartments. The Alpenrose Hotel has become the Dining & Living Alpenrose - where your stay will be both beautiful and indulgent!

The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

The Mair am Bach Hotel cuisine is very refined; together with the typical South Tyrolean delicacies we offer dishes from international cooking tradition. We offer many South Tyrolean and international delicacies, together with true gastronomic threats which will make every gourmet happy! Our cuisine is also famous for the fish-based dishes. The pleasure of a good meal is completed by a wide choice of vinage wines.

Let us spoil you in our traditional inn, in the former coach of the bishops. Enjoy typical dishes or pizzas along with the famous beer of the monastery of Andechs.

In our Restaurant we will spoil you with light, authentic Italian cuisine and great variation of typical Tyrolean dishes accompanied by exquisite local and Italian wines. You can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere in our dining room and typical "Stube". We also offer you a great variety of delicious Pizzas.

The Huberhof farm lies above the Brixen valley basin in the idyllic hamlet of Elvas. The farm family has converted their 18th century cellar into an inviting inn, where guests can enjoy the best of the Eisack valley’s culinary fare. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open from the end of September to the beginning of December. Monday and Thursday open from 12 noon until 5pm. Fridays from 15.00, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00. Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prior order. Open from midday from beginning of April to mid-May on Saturdayzs and Sundays. During the remainder of the year reservations for groups of min. 15 persons are taken.

In addition to selected international dishes, particularly our South Tyrolean specialities provide a holiday experience for the palate. Dishes labelled as regional cuisine really do contain the full flavour of South Tyrol. From lush alpine meadows to the local mountain pastures - the treasures of nature promise an alpine-Mediterranean feast for the senses. Treat yourself to home-made ice cream specialities on our sun terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the spectacular panoramic view of the mountainous landscape.

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.

In addition to the quaint coziness and dreamlike location, it’s the culinary expertise of Franz Pernthaler that has made gastronomes the world-over recommend the Schatzer Lodge. The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

It’s wonderful to meet you. A fine wine needs one thing above all others: personality. The white wines of the Taschlerhof winery have exactly this, and are distinctive for their longevity and fruity bouquet with a note of exotic fruits. Peter Wachtler, an independent winemaker from South Tyrol, uses natural growing methods, a wine-making process that has stood the test of time, and a good dose of passion and pride: all of which means elegant wines of unmistakable quality, the result of his strong personality.
