Isabel Lantschner alias ISA is a singer-songwriter and pianist from Steinegg. Since 2019, she has released several albums on the South Tyrolean label ‘Digital Mountains Music’ and has been in contact with international artists from New Zealand and the USA. Isa will present her live set on the grand piano as part of a concert. This evening, in collaboration with Daniel Mair - live on the synthesiser - will be a colourful mix of cover pieces and many new original compositions; Piano and vocals mixed with electronic sounds & beats. Game Ground, the videogame festival that transforms the city of Bolzano into Italy's gaming capital from 12 to 20 October, is back. More than 100 playable retrogaming and new-gen stations in the various locations in the city centre and in the main hubs, live events involving artists and creators, panels and conferences. An innovative, interactive and totally free event that aims to break down stereotypes about video games, reconciling fun and pop culture and celebrating the potential of a medium that has changed the way we tell stories, play games and entertain. Wine Lane Termeno/Tramin in the historic centre. Enjoy a glass of wine, a few typical dishes, music and folklore. From early afternoon till late at night the famous "Traminer Weingassl" or Wine Alleyway will be scene of exciting adventures which, for a few hours at least, will take you far from your daily routine and offer you a special evening in the magnificent autumn detting, along the Wine Road. The celebrations of the "Wine Alleyway", in the heart of the historic centre of Termeno which is open only to pedestrians, is an appointment not to be missed: the best Traminer wines will be offered in cups made for this very occasion along with special South Tyrolean delicacies in an atmosphere of music and folklore.

Chance writes the best stories. In 2015, Albert Wieder stepped in as as a stand-in for Mnozil Brass. Together with Thomas Gansch and Leonhard Paul, they started playing an encore at the end of every Mnozil Brass show. A new one on every tour. Off the cuff, very spontaneously and with little to no rehearsal, they took to the stage and did what music-making is all about - communicating. Over time, a whole concert programme developed, with songs from all corners of their three universes: George Michael, Franz Schubert, Chuck Mangione, Johann Strauss, Toots Thielemans, Udo Jürgens, Henry Mancini, Billy Joel and so on and so forth. The Thanksgiving Festival on Bolzano's Waltherplatz is one of the most popular events in South Tyrol and attracts thousands of visitors every year. The farmers' market, with its festive character, is a great opportunity to come into contact with producers, taste and buy agricultural products. The range of products on offer is truly vast and includes fruit juices, schnapps, wine, jams, honey, dairy products, herbs, dried fruit, eggs and sausages. At the Thanksgiving Festival, however, not only direct sellers are represented in large numbers, but also associations and organisations that tell of their activities. The accompanying programme includes musical entertainment, an educational petting zoo and an exhibition of vintage tractors.

The Dirndlball in Schluderns will take place again this October! It starts on 19 October at 20:00. The ball will take place in the Schluderns culture hall. ‘Die Jungen Pseirer’ and the band “Vollbluet” will provide the best musical entertainment! The Steinegg Live Festival, which has become popular beyond the borders, is entering its 28th round this year. As in previous years, the organisers offer a smorgasbord of music and culture between mid and late October ... a mix of local art and foreign guests. On the second weekend, upcoming artists and local heroes from various fields will be given a stage (Rising Stars & Local Heroes). Under the musical direction of Sabine Psenner and the presentation of Hansjörg Ebnicher, this evening is sure to be one of the highlights of the festival. ENTRY: 10,00€ Under 16 years entry free

The summer season at the Sesvenna hut is drawing to a close. But there will be another big party at the end! On Saturday, 19 October, the Sesvenna hut will host its closing party. You will of course be spoilt with the most delicious hut dishes and refreshing drinks! Musical entertainment at the party will be provided by the Duo Sesvenna and Valentin Moriggl and his accordion! The Sesvenna hut team is looking forward to your visit!

Keschtnriggl - Chestnut days. The Chestnut Weeks and the Törggelen in Merano and Environs have been a South Tyrolean Tradition for years. Chestnut days in Tesimo/Tisens - Prissiano/Prissian, Foiana/Völlan and Lana gets ist Name from the "Keschtnriggl" - a hand-braided basket for Peeling roast chestnuts. For three weeks, a colourful Event Programme is put on for visitors: Chestnut walks, torchlight processions from castle to castle and the "Keschtnfestl" feast in Foiana, with Music, farmers market, chestnut delicates and traditional crafts. The aromatic fruit with ist spiky Shell, grows particularly well in Merano and Environs, and during this green Event has pride of place in the specialities of traditional inns and prestigious Restaurants, as well as in exquisite chestnut products such as sweet chestnut hearts, aromatic chestnut beer, hearty chestnut stollen, tasty chestnut spraed, luxuriant chestnut cake, fluffy chestnut bread, the excellent chestnut panettone as well as the noble chestnut praline.

The LanAntiqua Festival, organised by the LanAntiqua Association, aims to give "early music", which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, its deserved place in the cultural life of Lana. This music, which is not limited to any epoch, covers the periods from the Middle Ages to Romanticism. The festival's highest maxim is: original sound, i.e. the performance of the music in an appropriate sound setting on instruments of the period and with the knowledge gained from the historical performance practice handed down in treatises. The farmers’ festival at Teis, which will take place on 20th October 2024, is one of South Tyrol’s most traditional festivals and a true journey of discovery through the crafts and customs of the Villnöss valley. On the festival, you’ll learn how to do old farm crafts such as baking bread, weaving baskets and hats, felting, carving and pottery. Freshly prepared, rustic specialties are also served, while musical groups play in the charming village lanes. Beginning at 10.00 am.

The "Welsberger Kirta" starts with the festive parade of the Monguelfo music band at 10.45 am. through the village center. A request concert follows on the main square, where visitors can enjoy their favorite music. Food and drink are well catered for, with Tyrolean specialties, drinks and Kirtakrapfen. This event promises not only musical delights, but also a convivial get-together in a festive atmosphere.

Experience the autumnal tradition of South Tyrol at the popular Törggelen Festival in St. Oswald! Enjoy traditional dishes, exquisite wines and live music. From 11 a.m. you will be served typical Törggelen specialties by the St. Oswald fire brigade. Various music groups play from 11:30 am.

Experience a special evening in the medieval courtyard of Haderburg Castle. Live music by Hortus Musice and tasting of different wines of the winery Nals Margreid. In case of bad weather, the event will take place on Saturday, 26 October 2024 at 6.30 pm.

Of course, the classic STEINEGG LIVE FESTIVITY is not to be missed this year either. At 11 a.m. there will be a hearty morning pint with the music group SÜDTIROLER TANZLMUSIG. Typical South Tyrolean dishes (like Törggelen and more) will be served over lunchtime, naturally with the right drink. From 2.00 p.m. it's time to get dancing - the SEPP MATTELSCHWEIGER'S QUINTETT JUCHEE (A) will really heat things up. The little guests will be kept on their toes from 14:00 in the tent with BOBBY LIVE. Free admission!

20th October from 9 am to 5 pm The Organic Festival will take place on the open air festival area Algund. The South Tyrolean Health Promotion Association and the Union of Alternative Farmers. Organic products (fruit, vegetables, herbs, infusions, wine, juices, bread, etc.), wholemeal dishes and entertainment for adults and children await you. In addition to a large offer of organic products, there will also be lectures with various speakers.

On October 20, 2024, the Nova Ponente music band concert will be held in the central square of Nova Ponente. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of tradition and enjoy a concert full of engaging music. This event combines community and musical brilliance, inviting everyone to participate in this cultural experience. Beginning: 11:00 a.m.
