From the lower cable car station of San Genesio in Bolzano the route runs over 4 km and 785 meters of elevation to the village center in San Genesio. The race on the panoramic road rewards participants with stunning views on the Dolomites and the city of Bolzano.

On 27 June 2025, the legendary Stelvio road will be closed to motorised traffic for the first half of the night and will be completely open to cyclists and pedestrians. The last seven kilometres of the 'Berghotel Franzenshöhe' before the summit will be magically illuminated by indirect lighting to show participants the way to the 2,757-metre peak. Whether on foot, by (E-)bike or other non-motorised means of transport; everyone is invited to take an enjoyable journey along the Stelvio Pass road at night on June 27, 2025 EXPERIENCE A MAGICAL MOMENT AND A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE! Surrounded by the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, the Seiser Alm Half Marathon is a unique experience and sporting challenge for both professional and amateur athletes. Info & registration online.

Right in the very heart of the unique Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, an Alpine Mountain Marathon with a length of 45 km and around 3,000 m of elevation difference will be setting off from Tires al Catinaccio: the Catinaccio-Sciliar Sky Marathon. The challenging mountain race will begin in Tires, lead round the Catinaccio Massif, over the Sciliar, past the Monte Cavone Hut and back to Tires. The highest point of the Sky Marathon is the Principe Pass at 2,630 m.

all different - all women: At the 13th Women's run Brixen, participants run or walk the 4.2-kilometer route through Brixen's old town - and all for a good cause. Each year, the Women's run Brixen supports a solidarity goal: One-third of the participation fee is donated to the initiative “es geat di a un - it's your turn,” which offers quick and unbureaucratic help to women victims of violence. The famouse mountain run from Sesto to the Rifugio Locatelli on Saturday 13 of September will take place for the 28th time. The original route takes the maximum of 1000 participants over 17 kilometres with an elevation profile of 1333 metres on perfectly signed paths from Sesto through the stunning mountains of the Sesto Dolomites to the finish at the Rifugio Antonio Locatelli, just below the three impressive peaks that are known all over the world.
