In the evening we set off for a special experience in the mountains. We enjoy the tranquility of the atmosphere and hike togheter to the Alpe di Siusi and experience the magic of the full moon, while I tell you stories about the area. To conclude our hikes we stop for dinner at the Gostner hut.

A sunset aperitif makes your ski day in the Carezza ski area truly special. In the Laurins Lounge, the highest panoramic lounge in South Tyrol, you can unwind and enjoy the moment. Knödel are not just dumplings, they are the ultimate South Tyrolean dish and no one knows this better than farmer Franzi. At the Lechnerhof she creates them with the guests and shows them what must be included in the traditional food and dispels many culinary legends. Spinach, cheese, beetroot - different types of dumplings are prepared and, of course, tasted together. And the recipes? You can take them with you to become the king of the kitchen back home.

In the evening, the snow-covered landscape of wintertime Deutschnofen has a magic all its own. The moon and stars make the snowy slopes sparkle – if the sky is cloudy, we simply bring along some torches to light our way during our romantic nighttime stroll. Meeting place: Always at 6:00 p.m. at the Deutschnofen Tourist Agency. The 4-km-long tour involves 200 meters of altitude differential and takes about two hours. BEEF & SNOW - Culinary Delights on the Slopes of Eggental valley! Indulge in moments of gastronomic pleasure: Our huts and restaurants in Carezza and Obereggen craft culinary masterpieces with premium beef sourced from Eggental. With "Beef & Snow," we emphasize the use of local products, especially Eggentaler quality beef. Our focus is on promoting collaboration between agriculture and tourism and strengthening regional cycles. Discover the variety of hearty dishes, from traditional to innovative, directly on the various ski slopes and in the mountain restaurants.

The farm is situated in S. Maddalena in the Val Vasies Valley at an altitude of 1400 m to 1500 m - an ideal area for the animals. You have the possibility to visit not only the animals, but also an entire farm. Pigs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, birds, llamas, cats and hares of all breeds are represented here, as well as domesticated animals from other continents. The Franz Gojer winery is a small family business whose history begins in the heart of the traditional St. Magdalen wine-growing area on the northern sides of Bolzano. In 2007, the family bought a second farm in Karneid in order to also offer white wine in the assortment. A large cellar was also built in Karneid, where all the production of the wines now takes place, as well as an architecturally interesting tasting room. During a wine tasting, you will learn more about the history of the Gojer family as well as their work throughout the year and taste the wines full of character, which unmistakably demonstrate their origin.
