The farm is situated in S. Maddalena in the Val Vasies Valley at an altitude of 1400 m to 1500 m - an ideal area for the animals. You have the possibility to visit not only the animals, but also an entire farm. Pigs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, birds, llamas, cats and hares of all breeds are represented here, as well as domesticated animals from other continents. In the evening, the snow-covered landscape of wintertime Deutschnofen has a magic all its own. The moon and stars make the snowy slopes sparkle – if the sky is cloudy, we simply bring along some torches to light our way during our romantic nighttime stroll. Meeting place: Always at 6:00 p.m. at the Deutschnofen Tourist Agency. The 4-km-long tour involves 200 meters of altitude differential and takes about two hours. Knödel are not just dumplings, they are the ultimate South Tyrolean dish and no one knows this better than farmer Franzi. At the Lechnerhof she creates them with the guests and shows them what must be included in the traditional food and dispels many culinary legends. Spinach, cheese, beetroot - different types of dumplings are prepared and, of course, tasted together. And the recipes? You can take them with you to become the king of the kitchen back home.

Sledding in the moonlight with friends is one of the winter adventures you shouldn't miss! This is possible at the Allrissalm in Pflerschtal. The weekly market takes place on the Lacus place in Laces. There you will find regional products, fruit and vegetables as well as clothing.

A visit of the Martinerhof is an experience for all beer lovers and those who want to learn more about the art of brewing beer. Under expert guidance, you will learn how our beer "Martinsbräu" is brewed and you can visit the brewhouse, the heart of every brewery, the fermentation and storage cellar, the malt tower and the bottling plant.
