Get in the saddle with the instructors of the Bike School for an easy excursion on the slopes surrounding San Vigilio, from where you can enjoy the extraordinary autumn views, brightly colored by the foliage.
The route will take you along less-frequented roads, where you will discover old houses and historic farms, built in the traditional Ladin style.
To enjoy the experience at its best, and to make it accessible to everyone, we ask you to use an electric bike.

An exciting, informative and entertaining circular hike in a culturally rich settlement area rich with a visit to the rustic farm Ausluger Hot (12th century) and its charming farm shop where you can buy the farm's own products which are produced under the seal of quality "Roter Hahn" from 100% regional production. In a short train ride we sustainably reach the beautiful market town of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo (810m/starting point). On partly unmarked unknown paths, walking through meadows and forests, accompanied by beautiful views of the "Brunecker Weitung" and the Rieserferner group, we cross the Onsberg (939m) and reach the Ausluger Hof, including a visit to the rustic farm, located in the idyllic village of St. Martin/San Martino. After our stay we pass the village characterized by the striking Michelsburg, Ansitzen and farms and reach the western end of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo. In the face of the imposing Sonnenburg we hike to the beautiful village of the same name (830m). An exciting traverse under the Sonnenburger Kopf (937) through the "Hazelnut Tunnel" awaits us. With a magnificent view over the valley widening of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo we reach the last section of the hike. This leads us along the rushing Rienz back to the starting point/train station. This hike takes us to the Nature Park Puez - Odle, part of the Dolomites Unesco World Heritage.
We will walk alongside the majestic Puez Group, at the bottom of its peaks Cima Dodici, Capuziner and Piz Duleda.
Reaching Fontanacia at the end of the valley, we will be surrounded by th magical silence of the pale mountains.

We will return via the Medalges meadows, konwn for their colourful flora.

On the tracks of the biathlon elite: Come and experience the excitement of this large sports venue that has already hosted numerous international competitions. Take a closer look at the technical and functional rooms, the entire administration building and the spectator stands in more detail. We tell you exciting stories and give you interesting facts about the Südtirol Arena and not to be missed: we will also take a look at Antholz 2026. A film about biathlon rounds off your knowledge of the sport. Finally you can feel like an elite Biathlete and try out biathlon shooting: put your marksmanship to the test with five shots. Guided tours of the biathlon stadium including biathlon shooting at realistic small-bore conditions are scheduled twice a week from June to October in German language. This is a very varied E-MTB tour around Kiens. We start in St. Sigmund/San Sigismondo and pedal to the individual meeting points in Kiens/Chienes and Lake Issengo. Over bike paths we cycle through the beautiful surroundings of the middle Pustertal/Valle Pusteria until we stop in Amaten/Amato. The power of herbs, water and scents We immerse ourselves in the power place of "nature" and let our noses be enchanted by the tast of different ethereal oils. Original, idyllic hike along the fern trail along the stream we learn about natural history and the history of the country and its people. In the mountain pine distillery we experience the processing of the essential oils and the knowledge about their content. Afterwards we dip our feet into a warm mountain pine bath and enjoy these moments of mindfulness in the hay barn. Then we visit the herb garden and finish with a hearty spread of wild herbs on "Sűdtiroler Breatl" (typical bread) and a refreshing drink. The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park also has a heart, and that is called Braies Lake. The Braies Lake is located in an untouched rock basin and is overlooked by the majestic Seekofel, it is also considered the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. To see it all, a walk of one and a half hours on the easy circular path is enough. We than walk to Neuhaus Castle, get some information about the history and visit the castle church (only in German and Italian language). The Heufler residence was built in 1580 by the lords of Hohenbühel, "Heufler zu Rasen". It belongs to the group of noble residences that were built by aristocrats in rural areas during the Renaissance. Inside, you can admire the particularly beautiful "Hearnstube" with its Renaissance panelling. Today, the "Hearnstube" is considered one of the most beautiful Renaissance parlours in the entire Alpine region.
