In the „Plattkofel“-hut the boss himself looks after your physical well being. You can choose typical local dishes from our rich food- offer, which lasts from home-made „Schluzkrapfen“ to „Bauernschöpsernes“, delicious South Tyrolian sweet dishes and self- smoked bacon.With a lot of love and fantasy Thomas uses above all Typical farmer products, meat, vegetables from our garden as well as wild herbs.

Hiking and enjoying in our Plattkofel Refuge. An ideal starting point for great hiking and climbing around Plattkofel - and Langkofel Mountain. Our hut is located in the Dolomites at 2.300 metres above sea level and is an ideal starting point for various hikes and challenging mountain treks - for example, you can reach the Rosengarten, Schlern, or go over the Seiser Alm, also to the Sella mountain range or even to the Marmolada.

Enjoy a breathtaking view: from the Latemar group to the Weiss- and Schwarzhorn peaks, further to the Brenta group, the Ortler and finally the Swiss- and Austrian Alps. The hut will shortly reopen its doors for mountaineers from all over the world. Romina & Michel

The Düsseldorfer Hütte is on 2.721m. From there you can start to many peaks round the hut. Looking forward to welcoming you on our terrace with panoramic view to the Ortler.

The Oberetteshütte is located at 2,670m in alpine terrain at the foot of the Weißkugel, at the head of the valley from the mountaineering village of Matsch. The Saldur lakes, a magical lake plateau, are not far from the Oberetteshütte. Sheep graze around the hut, marmots whistle, there is a small climbing garden near the hut. The mighty Matscher Ferner is also within easy reach. Peace and nature are the hallmarks of the hut. The innkeepers cook down-to-earth dishes with good, seasonal and above all regional produce. The farmers of the Matschertal and Vinschgau valley supply the Oberetteshütte with their products, almost all in organic quality. Open: from mid-June to the end of September

The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is located in the heart of the Dolomites, majestically embedded between the peaks of the SASSOLUNGO and the CINQUE DITA (5 Fingers) on the high rocky pass of the FORCELLA DEL SASSOLUNGO. We are here in midst of an ancient coral reef where more than 220 million years ago flowed the Tethys Sea. The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is the ideal starting point for many trekking, hiking and rock climbing routes. Also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the breathtaking and charming scenery of the Dolomites declared as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site in 2009. In 1954, the mountain guide Giovanni Demetz wanted to build here a refuge, a shelter from wind, rain and snow, a restoring place where you can admire the surrounding landscape from. With great passion and dedication, Enrico Demetz, Giovanni's youngest son, still runs the refuge together with his wife and daughters.

The newly built refuge is located at an altitude of 1523 m at the entrance to the beautiful target Zieltal valley in the middle of the untouched landscape of the Texel Group Nature Park. The ideal location of the mountain inn on the Merano High Mountain Trail offers a good stop for young and old. Enjoy local dishes and South Tyrolean hospitality! From the valley head Ridanna follow path no. 9 through the forest and along the Fernerbach moderately steep up to the Aglsboden, then stronger ascending to the refuge Grohmannhütte (2.254m) and steep up to the refuge Teplitzer Hütte.

CHRIS - *The hippest lodge keeper in Ahrntal valley 2021* Our refuge is on the highest point of one of the most beautiful hiking tours in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park.

The Puez hut was built in 1889 by the Austro-German section of the Alpenverein. After the First World War it passed to the Bolzano section of the CAI which, in 1940, handed it over to the well-known alpine guide Pietro Costa, an expert ski instructor and passionate hunter. Costa ran the hut until 1989 and then passed the helm to his children Oscar and Gemma. With the passing of the years and the explosion of high-altitude tourism, needs changed. In order to adapt to the times, the CAI decided to build a new, larger and more modern hut next to the old building. Thus it was that on 8th August 1982, in the presence of the then President of the Republic Sandro Pertini, the new Puez Refuge was inaugurated. In 2024 the Puez hut passed into the hands of the next generation and is now managed by Costa Denis, Pietro Costa's grandson. Assisted by his wife and two daughters, Denis carries on his grandfather's legacy with love and passion.

We heat up the oven for shoes and souls, cook with love and fantasy, support dance and music, appreciate tradition and fresh thoughts, enjoy telling and listening to good stories.

The Bockerhütte is situated at the heart of the Texelgruppe Nature Park. It is the starting point of various alpine hikes including multi-day hikes with overnight stays in the mountain refuges. On the sun terrace you can enjoy the enchanting natural scenery of the Val di Sopranes. We serve hot food all day and typical Tyrolean dishes as well as home-made cakes and strudel.

Tribulaun Lodge is an ideal base for climbers and mountaineers both before their climb to the summit and as overnight accommodation, or for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy the fantastic view. The Tabaretta Hut lies on the “Marltschneid”, the Marlt ridge, directly on the way to the Payer Hut. It is a popular hiking destination, a pleasant viewpoint, and an important base for mountaineers climbing the Ortler North Face. From our sunny terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view to the impressive Ortler North Face, the Tabaretta fixed rope route, the Sasvenna Alps and the Ötztaler Alps. The lakes of Reschen and St. Valentin seem to be in reaching distance. Open from early June to mid-October.
