Let us welcome you on our fantastic terrace directly on the lake shore and enjoy our delicious meals and the well selected South Tyrolean wines. In the afternoon you will be spoiled with fresh apple strudel and home made cakes and have a taste of a wide range of ice creams. In summer time there is life - music on Tuesdays evenings and dinner with BBQ on Fridays in July and August.

Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. Our chef and his team look very hard on quality and taste to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests. NEW: 2 wood ball tracks await the children. Kids can race wooden marbles through an adrenaline-packed obstacle course, negotiating dizzying curves plus all sorts of bumps and hurdles.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

Our chef realizes specialties of the traditional, mediterranean and international kitchen, always with vegetables, grasses, meats and first class products from the BIO South Tyrolean agriculture.

Our kitchen team looks forward to pampering you with freshly prepared dishes such as goulash and dumplings, pasta, mushroom dishes, wild game dishes, barbecue specialities (every Sunday through the summer), our home-made Kaiserscharrn, apple strudel and much more.
