The Kneipp facility is located in the middle of nature, next to the sport area in St. Anton / S. Antonio. The facility offers the possibility to try different applications such hydrotherapy, water treading or arm bath. Just relax and let your soul dangle. The Kneipp facility is open daily, from April to October, from 7 am to 8 pm.

Built exclusively using natural materials, this water attraction consists of a natural waterfall, a generously-sized water therapy pool and a cold arm bath. All pools and baths are fed with the purest spring water and were developed according to the principles of Kneipp healing. Nature lovers can discover all kinds of information about the flora and fauna of the Ortles area and take time to unwind in the treehouse, the barefoot path, the nature area or one of the many relaxation spots.

Kneipp-treading facility at the Schalderes Creek with water treading site, children playground and large lawn. Treading water in cold, flowing water in open nature has a toughening, circutation promoting and stimulating effect. A stream of power of original nature for weakened life spirits of modern mankind. The "Kneipp facility" area is also accessible in winter, but the Kneipp path is dry.

Also the health trails in Weißenbach/Rio Bianco have the movement after Kneipp on their program. On three different trails you can follow the three basic pillars of the Kneipp therapy. The herb trail takes one and a half hours and leads among others, to an herb garden. The movement trail takes one and half hours and leads to a picnic site and a view point on the wonderful three thousand meter high mountains around. There is obviously a Kneipp trail (one hour to go) with Kneipp water-treading basin, Kneipp stairs, waterfall and children’s playground. Because, as Sebastian Kneipp said: „You have nothing without health”.

The summer-time adventure land for the entire family
At the SummerPark La Crusc, children can embark on an exciting adventure. There is also plenty to amuse older visitors such as panning for gold, paying a visit to the dragon cave, or engaging in a funny marmots’ battle.

The popular giant chairs made of wood as well as the hut with photo exhibition are also perfectly integrated into the SummerPark. The theme of the photo exhibition will change each year and in the hut there are books where you can fine a lot of information about the exhibition theme.

The SummerPark La Crusc is located directly at the top station of the La Crusc 1 chairlift and thanks to its ideal position it is kissed by the sun from morning to late afternoon. The circuit leads visitors past two mountain huts.

While the children are playing and having fun the parents can relax at the feet of the Sasso Croce mountain.

Each attraction of the SummerPark is symbolically connected to a Ladin legend of the Fanes Kingdom. For this summer the fourth book has been written, it tells the adventures of kings, princesses and knights in a mystical and fantastic world in the magical Dolomites landscape.
You can get these books at the SummerPark for free. While reading, you will travel into the past discovering the mysterious sphere of the Ladin legends.

The theme trail “In the footsteps of wild animals” also starts at the SummerPark and leads to the Lech Dlá Lé alpine lake, which has been declared a “Natural Monument”. Along the flat trail you can take part in a treasure hunt and stamp collecting game, with a reward for the winners at the end.

„Feel the freedom with bare feet…“ Have a break at the this facility and enjoy the refreshing experience. By wating through the cooling water you’ll do something good for your health. The facility is suitable for young and old and offers the possibility to make this extraordinary experience: waking barefooted through the water, walking over meadows and bathing your arms and feet as well. Water therapy according to the methods of Sebastian Kneipp The strengths of a method lie in its simplicity Water from the source of the lake or “Kohlerbad” pool, i.e. fresh water with no added chlorine, is used. The facility consists of several pools for pouring water onto your arms, knees and face, and for water treading, as well as a barefoot trail and the mud pool.

The Luttach/Lutago Water Park is a place of relaxation. Embedded in a park landscape, a Kneipp park course invites you to various water treatments. The whole thing is rounded off with a barefoot path. Afterwards, you can unwind on the rustic carved theme benches or the relaxation loungers.

The old Lasa Stinkabrunn Sulphur Spring was officially opened on 4th September 2011, after extensive renovations. The water is bacterially clean and rich in mineral content and is therefore well-suited to those with digestive, liver and skin-related ailments.

The Kneipp pool is ideal for water treading, or immerse your arms in the Kneipp fountain with fresh spring water and enjoy an arm bath.

Stay healthy and fit with Kneipp in the castle village of Prissiano On a guided tour of the Kneipp Wellness Facility in Prissiano/Prissian, visitors receive valuable tips from the health teachings of Father Kneipp. The main focus is the Kneipp’s use of water.

When Sebastian Kneipp (1821-1897) discovered the healing powers of water, the 28-year-old was suffering from tuberculosis and doctors had already given up on him. He healed himself by taking dips in the icy Danube. In 1884, he used his knowledge to cure patients for the first time.

From the Piz La Ila park you can quickly and easily reach the other Movimënt parks at Piz Sorega and Pralongiá on foot or by e-bike.

In Lappach/Lappago, the Kneipp facility is located in romantic surroundings in the middle of an open mixed forest on the Lappach/Lappago creek. It offers space for a small picnic, children play in a relaxing environment and enjoy plunging into the well-maintained watercourse with mud pool with the grown-ups. With pleasure! The spacious facility ensures well-being and tingling soles.

The Kneipp facility in Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures near the waterfalls was built with the collaboration of a primary school class. It is small, refreshing, set in a charming hillside location and spotlessly clean. As part of the "Oachkatzlweg" (squirrel nature trail), it refreshes legs & feet of hikers, walkers, the exhausted, the curious and many who pass by or are on the cycle path.

On the riverside promenade in Gossensass there is a new Kneipp facility with a barefoot path and a lovely water playground for children.

The stream coming from Fennberg hasn't always shown a friendly face to the citizens of Margreid.  Several times, the stream went over the banks after torrential showers, the worst case being in the fifties. The enormous amounts of rainwater carried rocks and debris through the village and into homes. 

Today, the cool waters of the Fenner stream still run through a cleft in the mountain, but then along a safe channel  through the village and down to the little pond at "Grutz", next to the tennis courts.  There, in the shade of old trees, you can follow the Kneipp cure of  Sebastian Kneipp, a Bavarian priest and naturopath, by wading and bathing your limbs in the pools there. Two pools are for leg treatments and are filled with stream water; the third pool for arm treatments, is potable water. Or try "wild" Kneipp treatments directly in the waters of the stream.

And if you don't feel like bathing, you can just sit and enjoy the gurgling water and the chirping of the birds!

The Prettau health trail has a total length of approx. 4 km. The focus here is on well-being, exercise in the forest and breathing aerosols at the waterfall, as well as lingering at the natural bathing pond with Kneipp path. The various water treatments help to strengthen the body's defences.

The Kneipp facility on the "Leonardiweg" in St. Jakob/San Giacomo, is located directly at the “Bühel”. It is small, but made with love for details and the water comes directly from the source. Try the so-called "stork walk". With each step you take, you alternately pull one foot completely out of the water. For a quick refreshment in between, the Kneipp facility also offers the possibility of taking an arm bath instead of a foot bath. To do this, bend your arms up to your elbows and immerse them completely in the water for a few seconds. This has a positive effect on blood pressure, circulation and blood flow.

Weiter geht’s zu den Tierbänken, hier kann nochmal kurz Rast gemacht werden, bevor man bei den Stationen Kuh-Läuten und Futterkrippe die eigene Balance testen kann. Der Ziegenbaum ist das letzte Hindernis bevor ihr auf der Kuh-Rutsche ins Ziel gelangt.

From time immemorial, it was believed that the Nittbach stream had special healing powers. Tradition has it that the sick and animals suffering from leg conditions had been cured in its waters.

To farmers, the stream is vital for the irrigation of numerous farms around Prato and Cengles, which in the past used to fall under the responsibility of the Waalers, the canal wardens.
