The Pirchhof lies on the Sonnenberg near Naturns, right above the Meran High Altitude Path and offers a unique view of the Vinschgau valley. You will be able to enjoy typical South Tyrolean products mostly produced on the premises on the sunny terrace or inside, far away from everyday life. The Pirchhof offers Farm Holidays too. Open daily from Mid-March to Mid-November, in December only at weekends. Orders for evening meals only taken in advance.

Four wonderful dining rooms, designed according to the principles of "Emotional Design" and created using exclusively high-quality materials. Lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, in each room you can recognize the four elements of the Chinese art of Feng Shui: fire, earth, metal, and wood as carriers of universal energy. Our dishes vary depending on the season, but are characterized by their simple preparation and the freshness of the ingredients used. Only top-quality products are transformed into delicacies. In addition to the cheese specialties from the Lüch Da Pcëi farm, our menu also offers a variety of salads, fish dishes, homemade pasta, speck and cheese platters, yogurt cups, as well as ice cream, milkshakes, and delicious fruit salads. The restaurant features two rooms with modern mountain design and architecture, characterized by beautiful windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. One of our highlights is the sunny terrace at the foot of the majestic Setsas ridge, providing a magnificent view of the Dolomites. On our table, you'll find not only the values of Ladin tradition but also dishes from Mediterranean cuisine and pizzas of excellent quality.

The new favourite place in Nals - Mein Beck. Start the day with a relaxed breakfast or get your fresh bread - even on Sundays! Crunchy salads and savoury snacks await you at lunchtime, and the perfect aperitif is mixed in the evening. A colourful mix of bakery, bistro, bar, café and “gelateria”- with homemade ice cream from may to october. Enjoy your time at Mein Beck on the large terrace, in the chilled café with a view in the bakery and park conveniently right outside the door. In the shop you will find homemade South Tyrolean products – the perfect gift idea for your loved ones: apple strudel, Schüttelbrot, homemade jams, muesli and more! Enjoy genuine dishes with a taste of tradition. The Piccolruaz d'Alfarëi family offers typical Ladin cuisine with a fixed menu in one of the oldest farmhouses in the Badia Valley. Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE. This small farmhouse represents a combination of passion and tradition, where food becomes an opportunity to taste the true Ladin culture.

The cuisine of the La Tor restaurant and pizzeria is a perfect blend of traditional grandmother’s recipes and the refinement of South Tyrolean gastronomy. Alongside the classic flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, you will find dishes inspired by culinary experiences from around the world. Each dish is born from a constant search for new gastronomic experiences, creating a unique mix of tradition and innovation. In our establishment, you can enjoy organic wines selected from the finest wineries in South Tyrol, along with prestigious Italian labels. The beers, on the other hand, come from historic local breweries and producers who have shaped the history of the industry. The menu changes weekly, offering new surprises for a constantly evolving journey of flavors.

On daily basis, Hannes prepares fresh Mediterranean and South-Tirol specialities onto your table, of course using only fresh herbs and vegetables from our garden and meat products from the farm. An experience for gourmets

The Ganischgeralm is in one of the sunniest locations in the heart of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar – Obereggen, at the foot of Latemar, in Pampeago. Ganischgeralm, the highest Beer-garden of the Alps, is easy to reach following one of the hiking and mountain bike paths, or skiing on the slopes of the Ski Centre Latemar, or with the chairlift from Pampeago. Taste the traditional dishes, such as pork’s or calves’ knuckles combined with a delicious fresh beer and a 360° view to the amazing Dolomites. In winter, every day from 2 pm our DJs start the warm up with best beats directly in the red & white umbrella. You can reach the Ganischgeralm from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food from 10:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

Join us at our sun terrace or in the cozy bar and dining room from 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. for South Tyrolean specialties and Mediterranean and international dishes. Great emphasis is placed on freshness of ingredients and local products. Different daily specials on offer according to season. In the morning, guests can savor a delightful breakfast in a warm atmosphere. In the afternoon, we will gladly prepare a hearty Marende with local bacon, smoked sausage and spicy cheeses. The Schönau inn is ideal for those seeking a special and exceptional place for birthday, family or business celebrations.

The Hotel Mühlgarten lies in Santo Stefano; in the middle of meadows and at the foot of the Kronplatz. At the restaurant, traditional dishes combined with modern influences and mediterranean food are served.

The Ütia de Börz hotel and restaurant in South Tyrol offers a cuisine made of simple and genuine flavours to be enjoyed in a cozy atmosphere while admiring an exciting and breathtaking panorama.

At 1,700 m on the sea level at the foot of Latemar above the city of Predazzo, Gardoné offers you relax and culinary highlights with a wonderful view to the Lagorai Mountains. Both in summer and in winter time, the Gardoné is the perfect place to eat delicious creations, either Mediterranean or traditional, combined with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the sun and the music on the wide terrace. The mountain hut is easily reachable, both in summer and in winter, thanks to the lifts of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar Obereggen. If you are a sports-passionate, you can reach the Gardoné by skiing in wintertime, and hiking or mountain biking in summer time, following one of the marked paths or trails. For her, fresh products, picked from her garden, meat from our farm, milk and fresh ricotta are the key ingredients. Each dish tells the story of our land and its riches. Our local Restaurant "AlpenBISTRO" (only summer), offers special gourmet delights. From fresh regional products Chef Mario Porcelli creates tasting events, starters, main courses and desserts: venison Carpaccio with cranberry jelly or the finest South Tyrolean bacon dumplings in a beef bouillon, and not to forget about the beef fillet in a hay crust or the fruits of the forest cup with a special mix of yoghurt, honey and mint ice-cream. Spoiling the palate with new special delights from strange far flung countries again and again, is probably one of the small secrets to a happy life. This is why we are here for you.
