Next to our regional dishes we also offer a wide range of culinary specialties from the grill such as our famous spareribs or our tender steaks, which can be enjoyed in a laid-back atmosphere that is characterized by plain elegance and coziness. We recommend fine wines from South Tyrol, Italy and other regions of the world in a cozy atmosphere. In low season Thurday closed.

South Tyrol’s first Teppanyaki restaurant was opened by none other than Toshio Kobatake, Teppanyaki chef at ‘Toshi’ in Munich. The “Schlemmer Atlas”, a restaurant guide for the German-speaking region, named his restaurant the “Ethnic restaurant of the year”. The two men took our sous chef, Roman, under their wing for an entire year – he couldn’t have had better training, even in Japan – and schooled him in the art of genuine Teppanyaki cuisine. Now, Roman serves our guests at the Teppanyaki grill in the Sky restaurant at the Quellenhof in South Tyrol.

Seasoned with a pinch of individuality Creative and exciting, our new kitchen presents itself to all connoisseurs from near and far. After all, we want to create experiences - for the palate as well as for the eye. Nestled in South Tyrolean most magnificent mountain scenery, the newly refurbished Hotel Cevedale offers an inviting vacation experience. Hotel Restaurant GERTRAUD: If you are looking for quiet, relax and comfort, then you will choose our hotel. Central position, yet away from the noise. The Langenstein and Kanzel chair lifts are just five minutes away by foot. The ski bus stop is nearby as well. The hotel offers not only a homely atmosphere, but also beautiful and large rooms with shower/WC, Sat-TV and balcony with panoramic view. Sauna, turkish bath and whirlpool are always available to keep you fit. Hotel bar and sun-drenched terrace for relax.

The Pauli Hut is located on the slope “La Longia” from Seceda to Ortisei. You can reach us in 10 minutes from the valley station of the Seceda cable car. Grilled food and traditional South Tyrolean dishes till 4p.m. Après Ski.

Excellent cuisine and produce from our own farm are part of the recipe for the Zirmerhof South Tyrolean Restaurant's success. This has been rewarded with entries in the most famous restaurant guides. Just as the cuisine inspires, so too does the ambience. Dine in the Riese Grimm Saal (Giant Grimm Hall) with stylish furniture and paintings by Ignaz Stolz or in the "Stube 1600", or on summer days, on the sunny terrace with a view.

The restaurant Tomanegger is sitauted directly near to the hiking bus stop. Its grand terrace offers a magnificent view of Catinaccio (Rosengarten) and Dolomites. The menu is versatile and includes both Italian and South Tyrolean specialities. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.
