Chef Horst and his team treat fans of South Tyrolean cuisine to typical specialities and international creations. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes. If you can’t find something to tickle your taste buds here, then you can’t be looking properly!

There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. A highlight are also our two terraces and the playroom for the kids. To enjoy with relish a cup of coffee keeping always an eye on the children – this is unique to us.

Every evening our chef prepares a royal dinner for our guests who make their own choice of five courses with salad buffet, alternating between a gala dinner and Tyrolean specialities.
