The modern indoor pool offers a sports pool (25 x 21m), a non-swimmers' pool (12 x 9m) and a further pool for diving with a mobile floor and is accessible from mid-September to mid-May.
The large glazed area on the north side of the building offers a picturesque view of the racecourse and the Mutspitze. Swimming lessons and aqua fitness are offered in the indoor swimming pool. 

The Acquarena sauna world, with its size of over 1200 square meters, is completely dedicated to relaxation and health. Enjoy the fantastic atmosphere in the 7 different saunas, the various quiet rooms, the whirlpool and relaxation pool.

The Naturno Adventure Pool offers an indoor pool (31°) with 51mt. long slide, wave channel, under-water jets, massage beds and Whirlpool (36 degrees), children's pool and play area, an open-air pool with 75 mt. long slide, under-water jets, water fountains, small children's pool, extensive sun-bathing lawns and play ground, spacious sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna, water beds, smaller pools, Kneipp pools, fresh-air and sun-bathing area, a selection of massages available at any time on request and a whirl- and solebath (sole bath contains 2% salt – it’s about the salt level of the Atlantic ocean).

The inviting indoor pool at the Sportwell sports and leisure center in Mals has an amenable ambience and provides sanctuary, even during the cold months. Guests can relax, train and enjoy the indoor swimming pool which offers a great view of the surrounding mountains, and the sauna helps to regenerate tired bodies after a long day on the ski slopes.

During the summer, adults and children can cool down in the outdoor swimming area, which includes a 50 m long water slide, a whirlpool, waterfall and a children's pool.

The Merano Thermal Baths are located in the heart of the city. Nowhere else in South Tyrol is there such a centrally located natural oasis. The five-hectare thermal park stretches around the building.

The Balneum is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spacious alpine style sauna in Sterzing / Vipiteno in the north of Southtyrol. 
We make sure there are enough places to sit and lie down... For big ones and for little ones.

Recreation-fun for the whole family you can find at the AquaForum in Laces. In the 25-meter swimming pool swim-beginner as well as swim-experts have plenty room. In the AquaForum is also a pool with attractions for the kids. The older ones may also have fun on the 50m long and with special lighting effects equipped tube-slip. But that's not all: the AuqaForum is also a place to relax. For example it offers a warm outdoor-saltwater pool with underwater massage and an ample whirlpool on the inside.
