We, the guides of the Alpine School Catores, are very lucky to accompany our guests in what we consider the most beautiful mountains in the world.

Our weekly programme offers a vast choice of activities from easy, guided walks to more demanding summit tours. We are also happy to give further advice to you and to plan a tailor-made tour with you.

The 500 m long climb is perfectly secured with 1.000 m of steel cable and it is rated at medium difficulty (A – B – in some places B/C). Nevertheless, the last part of the via ferrata, the so-called Angel’s edge, presents a very impressive rock passage.

Due to the nature of the new via ferrata, the climb can be a bit of an adventure for less experienced mountaineers as well as mountaineering families with children who like walking and climbing. The minimum recommended height is 1.50 m.

The alpine guide accompanies you on the mountain hike and hiking tour. They offer also climbing courses.

Franziska Braunhofer 
is a qualified fitness and health trainer as well as a sauna infusion master who loves to get out and about in the mountains of her homeland. Six years ago, whilst looking for a balance to physical activity out of doors, the enthusiastic outdoor sportswoman discovered yoga. Since then, she has practised it almost every day and since 2019, after completing intensive training with Yoga Vidya, has also passed on her knowledge to others. As a qualified hiking guide, Franziska can also regularly be found in South Tyrol’s mountains with mountain-loving visitors. In 2022 she learned the principles of the climatic terrain cure from Professor Dr. Dr. Angela Schuh.
