About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. A hot specialty for example is our Coffee Nutè - a coffee with Nutella. With our offers of cold coffee our customers love Coffee Orange and Coffee Amaretto. 3 distinct blends to taste including dewaxed or 100% Arabica. We also have the sale of coffee. Seasonal juices like Dissetante and traditional ones like Energy. Fresh citrus juices. Of course we have aperitifs such as Rudy Spritz, Hugo, Pomegranate Spritz, Peach Melba Spritz and selected white and red wines. To eat we offer yoghurt produced in the area with Müsli and fruit, croissants that follow the customers' tastes and small dishes for the small hunger, ice cream cups and fresh cakes every day.

We delight our guests with our delicious dishes inspired from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influence, consisting mainly of our high quality agricultural products. You can fish yourself trout and rainbow trout in our natural pond. The meat and the milk from our cows, calves and sheep that spend the whole summer on the mountain pasture, is healthy and very tasty. Fresh salads and all kind of vegetables and fruit come directly from our garden. The remaining milk is processed within our farm to tasty cheese specialities.

Almatosa Pastry Shop, handcrafted sweets made with natural ingredients. In November 2008 we opened our coffee shop. In 2011 we expanded the café and simultaneously opened our pastry shop. Now we have created a great team of pastry chefs who conjure up delicious cakes and fresh pastries every day. In the chic Viertel Bar, travellers and locals meet for original snacks, exclusive drinks and an extensive selection of local craft beers. Viertel Bier, which is produced at the own brewery in Schabs, plays the leading role.

As the way to someone’s heart is through his stomach, we at the “Alter Schlachthof” select our products almost exclusively from local farmers and selected suppliers from the immediate vicinity. Because only using fresh, natural and high-quality ingredients, we are able to create dishes for you which are delicious and healthy at the same time. This applies to South Tyrolean classics as well as forays into the international cuisine, vegetarian and vegan variations and titbits which are suitable for guests with food intolerances.

Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

In addition to the quaint coziness and dreamlike location, it’s the culinary expertise of Franz Pernthaler that has made gastronomes the world-over recommend the Schatzer Lodge. The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.

Koefererhof's tiny 5 hectares of wines are located at the base of the Dolomite Mountains between 700 and 800 metres above sea level. At this high altidude the variation in temperatures from day to night is ideal, and the carefully tended high-density vineyards yield intensely fragrant, concentrated and well-balanced wines.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen", goulash, roast or trout as well as various pasta dishes, risotto and grill. Home made apple strudel, cakes, tiramisù and especially delicious sundaes as far as the eye can see let the afternoon fade in a very pleasant way.

Our inn is situated only 5 km from the center of Varna, in a great location from where it dominates the valley. Some of the products are from our farm. In the autumn we organize the typical "törggelen" in our parlor where you can enjoy "Tyrolean ravioli", a South Tyrolean specialties, chestnuts and homemade wine.

The "Waage" bar in the south of the city is one thing above all: a meeting place for everyone. And at any time of day. From a quick coffee in the early morning to a small snack in the morning, from a digestive coffee after lunch to a meeting over a cool beer or a refreshing cocktail in the evening in a cosy atmosphere. The Plonerhof Restaurant Inn in Gereuth is famous for its excellent cuisine and it makes use of locally grown produce (milk, vegetables, meat) as well as game and Tyrolean style specialties. The constantly changing but always more than 70 different types of beer are presented in this ensuring that there is something to suit all tastes from all over the world! Draught Guinness for Irish fans, Batzen-Bräu for local beer lovers, Belgian Trappist beer, IPAs, American Porter, sour beers… to mention just a few.
