Our guesthouse is a farm dating back to the 13th century. For more than 400 years this has been a refuge for guests. Located outside the city in an idyllic landscape, our hotel provides a place of quietness and romance. Everything here is genuine and natural. In our restaurant or in the antiquity pine barrack room from the XVII century you can celebrate your wedding, birthday or family celebration.

The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. Our restaurant also delivers tasty snacks between meals.

Enjoying ice-cream is a top priority for over 35 years with us. In the summer of 2014, we have put our ice production in a whole new packaging to offer a much wider product range. In "Mannis Café & Ice Cream Parlor" there is anything that really brings the enjoyment at full speed - ice cream, ice cream sticks, apple strudel, pies and cakes. We enchant you with regional and seasonal cuisine. Two large new rooms – a pine room and a farmhouse room from the year 1878 – are well-suited for family celebrations (first communions, confirmations), office parties, Törggelen evenings, and romantic candlelight dinners with your sweetheart.

Wir bewirten Sie gerne auf unserer großen Panoramaterasse sowie im Garten mit Liegewiese. Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen. Zu Mittag gibt es Grillfeiern sowie Fondue auf Vorbestellung.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. There waiting for you special evenings such as Gala Dinner, South Tirol evening (in autumn). On request, we serve vegetarian food, dishes without Lactose or without gluten. Bon appetit!
